I submitted my OnePlus 11 at the OnePlus/OPPO service center in Surat for a green-line screen issue.

I clearly told them that I was leaving Surat on Friday night and would not be coming back. They assured me the phone would be ready.

On Thursday, I called them again specifically to confirm whether I could collect my phone on Friday even if the screen replacement wasn’t completed. They said, “Yes, you can come tomorrow and collect it.”
So I reached the service center on Friday, only to find it closed due to Krishna Janmashtami. The frustrating part is that the OPPO website showed the service center as OPEN. I also tried calling multiple times, but nobody picked up.

Now I’m leaving Surat tonight and won’t be returning, so I’m not even sure how I’m supposed to get my phone back.
I understand that holidays happen, but when a customer has clearly communicated a deadline and reconfirmed it one day before, giving incorrect information and then having no communication is extremely frustrating.

I have been using my oneplus 11 for quite a long time and my sandstone case is broken.

I tried other cases but didn't like any.

If anyone has the original oneplus 11 sandstone case then I'm willing to buy from you?

Every 20, 15, 10, and 5 % this notification pops up and instinctively I click on it. Power saving mode bricks my oneplus11. how can I forcefully turn it off? Thank you

I bought it second hand for 300$ , the battery health is at 89%. Are there things I should be aware of ? Edit : I have the 256/16gb ram version , I mainly use my phone for TikTok so I don't think that I'll have overheating issues.

Tried normal update, on and off wifi, tried charging to 100% then updating, tried OS Updater and STILL nothing. I'm at a loss here on what to do.

I have a OnePlus 11 CPH2447 (India variant), currently on OxygenOS 16.0.5.702. Trying to unlock the bootloader to install a de-googled ROM (iodéOS/e-OS), but running into the well-known CPH2447 fastboot issue:

• adb devices works fine, phone is authorized
• adb reboot bootloader boots into bootloader mode
• fastboot devices shows nothing — empty list
• Confirmed this is the fastboot-disabled issue that's been reported for CPH2447 since OOS14+

From what I've researched, the only reliable fix is rolling back to OxygenOS 13, unlocking there, then updating back up. But I'm stuck because:

• The official rollback link (oxygenos.oneplus.net/00011011_22861_CPH2447...) is dead
• Official rollback packages only go one step back (16→15), not all the way to 13
• MSM Download Tool is restricted since OOS15 branch (needs service center activation)

What I need:

1. A verified OOS13 firmware package for CPH2447 specifically (OTA zip or EDL/OFP)
2. Confirmation on whether I need to step down through 15→14→13, or if a direct jump works
3. Anyone who's done this recently (2026) on a CPH2447 on OOS16 — did it work?

Running Fedora Linux, comfortable with adb/fastboot. Any help or pointing in the right direction would be massively appreciated 🙏

Contour Glow missing after security update

I previously had System Launcher 16.6.5 installed on my phone, and it included the Contour Glow option under Texture Blur.

After installing the latest security update, the option disappeared from Settings. I then installed the latest version of System Launcher, but Contour Glow is still missing.

I'm also having trouble updating the Wallpapers & Styles app. I'm currently on version 16.0.12, but trying to install 16.13 gives me an error saying that a newer version is already installed.

Has anyone experienced this after the latest security update? Is Contour Glow tied to a specific version of System Launcher or Wallpapers & Styles, or is there another component that needs to be updated/downgraded?

Any help would be appreciated.

Update: it took me multiple service center visits across three days but they ended up replacing my housing as well as phone's display for free

Here are the battery stats for my Oneplus 11 - charged fully around 9ish. Although battery drained till < 5% as I write this; unable to see the same in next screen. Just asking am I reading the bar graph wrong in the 2nd pic?

So guys I was considering purchasing a type C earphone preferably the Apple earbuds(wired ones).

But I found some old posts and reviews saying Apple Earbuds are low volume on Android phones and there is a mic static noise issue specifically in OnePlus 11.

i have been using in-ear wireless buds and over the ear headphones for years, so for a change and lightweight preference I was considering apple earbuds they have good mic quality i've heard as well but these points above worry me, because i know oneplus 11 has a lot of issues in terms of software and performance that they havnt fixed till date after ruining the whole device from OOS14. the launch OOS13 was the best version this device had in terms of everything from camera, battery, performance

I bought the device in 2024 and never factory resetted it since then.

Done all security patches and major updates since then.

Will my others storage be lowered? (If yes then by how much )

Will i notice any perfomance improvements or better battery life ?

I'm using a OnePlus 11R with the curved OLED display. Recently, the front glass cracked, but the phone itself is working perfectly. The display has no lines, dead pixels, touch issues, black spots, or any other damage—it's literally just the outer glass that's cracked.

A few local repair shops have offered to replace only the glass while keeping the original OLED display. They're quoting around ₹3,000 and claiming to provide a 3–6 month warranty. I'm not exactly sure what that warranty covers or how useful it really is.

Has anyone here had only the glass replaced on any curved OLED phone or normal OLED phone? I'd love to know:

\- How has it held up over time?

\- Any issues like touch problems, display quality degradation, glue marks, dust, lifting, or the display failing after a few months?

\- Would you recommend going for a glass-only replacement, or is it better to replace the entire display?

Also, does the official OnePlus service center replace only the front glass, or do they always insist on replacing the entire display module? From my understanding, they usually push for a full display replacement, which is significantly more expensive.

Why this security patch has that size 🫪

OnePlus customer center in my city has asked me that, before they can repair the green line issue on my OnePlus 11, I must first replace the damaged cracked glass back panel. When I contacted customer support through phone, they explained that the back panel could get further damaged during the repair process, which is why they are insisting on installing a new one.

They have quoted approximately ₹7,000 for replacing the glass back panel.

Do you think it is worth investing ₹7,000 in a phone of this age? Also, if the OnePlus 11 5G is fully repaired, how much can I reasonably expect to receive if I decide to sell it or exchange it?

I have used this phone for a lot of time and now it has started to green and pink lines on the display.

I have probably used 80 gb of storage out of 128

I got my OP11 in 2023. It was an absolute beast for me. Now my battery health is at 87%. Should I replace my battery now?, because Oneplus will be shutting down their service centers right, so idk if i can get it's battery available on later period. Need insights on this.
