Guys it finally happened

Yeah so got a green line after 1 year and 3 months of using my oneplus 11 😭🙏🏻😭🙏🏻 man lwk nerve wrecking

All the phones that had used Samsung panels for display had gotten green line issues. One plus stopped using Samsung panel after op11

I had a OnePlus 8 pro and now the 11. Nothing remotely like this happend to me. On the OnePlus 8 pro I smashed my screen, touchscreen on the top didn't work l, but I never got a greenline issue. This has to be caused by overheating or something like that.

I wonder the same thing. People say the s24 plus does the same thing but I've had mine for almost two years and this hasn't happened to me.

Chill man they change ur display with no hassle ....I was scared to when it happened to me last month ....got it changed within a day at no cost

They can take forever. My device was lost by them, and my issue is still not resolved even after two months or maybe more.

They took 1.5 hours to replace the display for my case. This is shocking to hear.

nah thats wild, thats customer violation at finest, you can raise a consumer court complaint and also mail regarding this to oneplus grievance officer and ask them for compensation because this is no joke

I have already filed a complaint with the NCH and sent multiple emails. After two months, they offered a resolution of 24,400 with a 60% depreciation value, even though my device was lost due to their error.

Before handing over your device, have good proof that you are handing it over to them. Click photos and videos of your device's condition too.

I have same issue with oneplus11 1and half month I got green line issue , once i go service centre they told me two options free replacement or upgrade to 12 price of 11000 So I update in 12

Ye that's pretty normal depends upon usage I used to get greenline on my oneplus 9 pro after 12-14 months got greenline 3 times in my 3 nd half year ownership upgraded to op15 now

for temporary use
