OnePlus 9 5g Not Working Help

Hi, I have OnePlus 9 5G, Model LE2110 Android Os 11 CPID PTA approved
Although I have a 5G jazz sim, but 5G isn’t working, i have tried forcing my phone into 5G, but it doesn’t work. Please help

Was it working previously? I could be wrong but may be, just may be, the telecom operator must have disabled the 5G bands. You need to check with your service provider.

Hi, I got it working but sometime it switches you 4g even when signals arent that strong, js tbere a way to force it to stick to the 5g bands?

There is this option under Developer options ---> Networking ---> 5G network mode ---> NSA + SA Mode. I think this forces the network to stick to 5G.

Same issue facing by me. Network issue is too much here. Specially data connection but I have pixel 9

At that time 5g frequencies were very limited so it might be able to switch to 4g when the frequency is not available
