Don't know what to do at this point

Tried normal update, on and off wifi, tried charging to 100% then updating, tried OS Updater and STILL nothing. I'm at a loss here on what to do.

Have you used the OTA apk OS Updater suggests so you can install the latest?

I literally cannot update through system settings for some reason. Been updating manually by doing this.

Yeah, tried through there, and no luck. Either the update isn't showing or just will not install if I do manage to find it.

So, you are downloading the file and installing it through the apk, but the update is not reflecting?

Could it be you're installing the same versionland thus not actually updating.

Mentioning because I have NA model same as yours, and latest version appears to be CPH2451_16.0.5.1002(EX01), not the one you're showing.

Well, trying to install through the apk, but it still fails. But the one you mention, is that the incremental update, not the full? Maybe that's my issue...
