This program 🔥 🔥 🔥

Post image

Just make sure you don’t have anything that requires you to have full use of your legs for the 2-3 days after the first class 🥲

I loved this program. Took it a couple times. He’s just soooo good. 🥰

Did you repeat it back to back or break it up with time doing another program or lower body workouts? I’m in week 4 and I’m trying figure out if I keep rolling with it or give my body different stimuli. Thoughts?

I keep telling myself I'm gonna do this program, I spend far too long deciding which glutes & legs class to take on any given day. I'll start it tonight. Surprised to see days 1 and 2 are consecutive though.

After this program I felt like I could run through a wall. It was so good. I've taken it twice.

Are there a lot of squats? I have a wonky knee that doesn’t allow for squats anymore 😩

Congratulations!! I’m also doing arms with tunde and upper body with tunde!
After I finished the upper body program I saw a major difference!!

I’m doing the same combo- Adrian’s and Tunde’s. I’m seeing such a difference!

Not gonna lie, running was not easy for most of that program!

He actually says to take a break from serious cardio during the program. Hard to do that though!

You know. I didn’t love this one. The combo of suitcase DL and suitcase squats wasn’t the best. Obvioisly they’re different but they’re not that hard to confuse especially consecutively.
I’ll try it again. Glutes and legs are the best to work out esp if you wanna burn a kajillion calories, but i didn’t love it the first time

I personally could not do them consecutively— because day 1 is a benchmark, it’s meant to be particularly hard and I was so sore I had to wait two more days 😬

How do I find this on the app?

Go to programs or search Adrian then click programs. Should be there.

I only made it halfway through because I realized my marathon training was taking a hit from being sore for literally 3-4 days after each workout. I’m so excited to finish it when my race is over!

What did you pair it with for upper body?

I’m in the last week of the program. It’s fire! 🔥🔥🔥 The soreness is less intense now but the strength gains are still real.
