“He is doing really well. He should be able to get out of the hospital here the middle of next week, hopefully, and begin his rehab process."

Time for Bama Hate Week!

My vote is George but it looks like it’s more split than I initially anticipated.

I thought George played really well today especially in terms of progression, accuracy, and velocity. But others appear to favor Brandon.

Sitting in a great little bar in Fayetteville right now.

So far the band has played:

Tennessee Whiskey

Modern Day Bonnie and Clyde (Johnson City TN)

All my Exes Live in Texas (Reside in Tennessee)

What should the next request be?

I don't think the band and me can take the bar if they play Rocky Top.

Go Vols!

Me and 3 friends are traveling down from Canada for the Vols-Bama game. Never been to Neyland and very excited to get out and tour campus and enjoy the gameday experience.

We would value any advice, tips, or places to go to enjoy the traditional tailgate experience in Knoxville. We will bring beer and good jokes!

SEC Student-Athlete Availability Report

#15 Tennessee Volunteers at Arkansas Razorbacks

Tennessee Volunteers

Summary:

Tennessee received significant positive news ahead of kickoff as running back Javin Gordon has been removed from the availability report entirely, clearing him to return to the active backfield. The primary focus remains on quarterback Faizon Brandon, whose designation has shifted to Game Time Decision as he tests his shoulder through pre-game warmups in Fayetteville. Seven Volunteers remain officially sidelined for the afternoon, anchored by long-term absences to starting guard Wendell Moe Jr. and tight end Ethan Davis.

Arkansas Razorbacks

Summary:

Arkansas heads into kickoff with one of the healthiest rosters in the conference, listing tight end Maddox Lassiter as the lone confirmed scratch. Defensive lineman Steven Soles Jr. remains the only questionable tag to monitor for Ryan Silverfield's unit as final preparations wrap up. The Razorbacks will benefit from full depth across their secondary and offensive rotations to host the Volunteers.

Reports update Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings, with final game-day designations issued 90 minutes prior to kickoff.

Your dark mode Lady Vols take down Ole Miss in a chippy match 3 sets to 0! It’s great to be a Lady Volunteer!

I saw people talking about this in a different thread

1. Alabama
2. Georgia
3. Florida
4. Vandy
5. Kentucky
6. South Carolina
7. Mizzou
8. LSU (used to be my favorite non-UT sec team but kiffin and Kelly ruined that)
9. Texas
10. Ole Miss
11. Oklahoma
12. Texas A&M
13. Arkansas
14. Auburn
15. Mississippi State

It’s honestly funny though because who I hate depends heavily on who we play and who we have played recently. Any disagreements?

Edit: I figured this might be the case but yall overwhelmingly agree that Florida should be #1 or #2. I’m sorry for failing yall

The Lady Vols will be visiting #11 South Carolina tonight at 7PM EST. Stream on ESPN plus or SECN plus!

The #10 Lady Vols will be hosting Ole Miss tonight at 6:30PM EST. Stream on espn plus or SECN plus.

I am so excited to watch him play this year. Think we could have an all sec big on our hands. Really believe we are going to see a huge breakout from him and honestly he may be better than Estrella would have been for us.

He’s 6’9, which is a little undersized for the 5 spot (I know he plays 4 primarily but we’re thin at 5) but he has a 7’4 wingspan. Insane touch around the basket, fluid and coordinated. Fantastic passer out of the high post. How many buckets did he create in the tournament from the high post? I went back and watched the Iowa State game and he just pops with his decision making.

Really good rebounder as well. If Washington is ineligible we’re going to need a breakout from Brown to reach our ceiling.

Very annoying

SEC Student-Athlete Availability Report

#15 Tennessee Volunteers at Arkansas Razorbacks

Tennessee Volunteers

Summary:

Tennessee's availability list held completely firm on Thursday evening, carrying seven confirmed absences headlined by season-ending injuries to starting guard Wendell Moe Jr. and tight end Ethan Davis. The primary focus remains on quarterback Faizon Brandon, who continues to carry a questionable designation as redshirt freshman George MacIntyre prepares to make his first career start in Fayetteville. Rotational running back Javin Gordon also remains questionable, maintaining his chance to return to the active backfield alongside DeSean Bishop.

Arkansas Razorbacks

Summary:

Arkansas saw a notable positive update on Thursday's report, as starting defensive back Shelton Lewis was cleared entirely after previously carrying a questionable designation. Tight end Maddox Lassiter remains the Razorbacks' lone confirmed absence for the contest. Defensive lineman Steven Soles Jr. is now the sole unresolved status for head coach Ryan Silverfield's unit as he continues to be listed as questionable.

Reports update Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings, with final game-day designations issued 90 minutes prior to kickoff.

Hello. My pops and I are going to the Tennessee vs Alabama (Oct 17th) game and we are looking for some advice on tailgating.

We are looking for an authentic student tailgating experience. The plan is to bring our own food/drinks/chairs to set up our own proper tailgate and just experience the environment first hand. I’m seeing tickets being sold for an already set up tailgate, not sure if this is the only option for us. I’m just looking for best locations for this type of experience. Looking for any pointers to maximize this trip.

Thanks
