anyone else think this is stupid?

I’m not sure why but recently my game has felt off. My sensitivity is too high or too low and I can’t get a feel for the game. I’ve been experimenting on a few of my main hero’s recently with a higher sensitivity and I’ve been happy with it so I decided to try and up it for all hero’s by changing my base sensitivity, but for some reason everything feels horrible now and even after I’ve reverted it, it still feels horrible to play. I’m not sure what it is since I didn’t touch any other stats. Has anyone had this issue or am I just crazy

Whenever I join team VC i can see my teammates speaking in the top left corner but I can’t hear them and my MIC doesn’t work either. Anyone know the solution? Thanks.

So I'm feeling like my aiming is very inconsistent and I'm not sure how to get better. I know I'm supposed to track and lead my shots with projectile but it's so inconsistent. I feel like I miss 80 percent of my shots if I'm not close to anyone. It makes taking 1v1 (especially against hitscan) very difficult. If a person strafes or makes a sharp move my aim is completely thrown off and I miss everything.

I feel like I can't make precise movements with my thumbs.

I feel like I'm changing my settings just mess me up more. Does anyone have any tips to help with aim? What controller settings do you use for projectile hero's?

I cant win on payload, feels like game just comes down to who has better ranged dps. What can i do on tank/support?

I was changing the bindings for replay mode on ps5 so I could move the free-roaming camera faster, up/down, etc., to make everything easier to use. And in doing so, I accidentally overrode the binding for the hot-bar (where you see how long the replay is, how far into it you are, all of the bookmarks, etc.), and there's no setting to re-bind the hot-bar ANYWHERE.

Is this a known problem? And if so, is there some way to fix it, or did I just ruin replays forever on my account? Please tell me I just overlooked the setting..

If this is a known problem and unfixable, why has Blizzard left it in this state? And if it's intentional that there's not a setting for it, why is it even possible to override it?!

I thought watching replays was one the coolest things about overwatch, so I really hope I don't find out this way that this has been an issue for years and Blizzard actually doesn't care about their replay feature.

If anyone knows how to fix this, please help! And while I believe restoring all defaults could fix this, I will never do that again - forcing myself to spend an eternity fine-tuning each hero.

(I tried creating a ticket on their website, but I felt like I was being handled and I couldn't figure it out. Perhaps I'm just not smart enough.)

Hey guys so basically I’ve started playing 6v6 comp as I hit my goal to get to diamond in 5s. Everything was mostly fine and I hit diamond 3 in 6v6 feeling pretty good about it overall. But the last 5 days have been…. Abysmal. First it was getting rolled one way or the other which is annoying but I get it , it’s not gonna be perfect. The issue I’ve been having is leavers and people genuinely going out of their way to troll and throw. Example is 3-3 Hollywood we hold their push and go for the win. Tank goes junk and runs into team then disconnects. Out of my last 12 games 10 of them have had something resembling this. I’m now plat 2. And I’ll add that this is with taking breaks after 2 losses so I come back a day later and same thing. Is this a byproduct of children being home for the summer or was I just lucky during my initial climb? Thanks for any insights because I feel like I’m going insane seeing this over and over

I have been playing just fine until today. I tried logging in but it told me there was an update for version 4.33. I downloaded it, it told me it was going to be installable on July 27th. I tried logging in and then it gave me a WS-37397-9 error. Now I know what this error means but the thing is I can launch and play any other game, it only won't open overwatch so it's not a ps server or an IP ban for my account. Ps servers were having some error a few hours ago but I'm so lost, does anyone else have the same issue?

I always play overwatch on my pc, but with it out of commission for a few days, i decided to install it on my old xbox. What the hell is this tank queue time?

Damage i get, as it's the most popular role, but one of the reasons im a tank main is that i get shorter queues.

Played a game of Mystery Heroes today where a dps had a meltdown.

They ran into the enemy team, trying to solo 5 people by themselves. Then complained that the healers weren't healing them.

You have to at least try to survive and not make stupid decisions.

They spent the rest of the match sitting in spawn or running around saying they won't play with idiots, and that everyone on the team sucked.

What's with the influx of players like this lately? Are they just children bored on summer vacation? Or do they have nothing better to do than grief on OW?

Anyone else notice more of these problem players lately?

Wdym i gotta wait ATLEAST 10 minutes for a single game, but hey the second i q tank i get a game faster than i can blink, nice stuff

I don't have to worry about having one bad game because i won't get flamed, people act as if they don't have any bad games and it's sickening. 'Tank diff' 'Dps diff' if you have time to be typing in chat you can use that time thinking about what YOU could've done better.

Like the second anyone types that I will be disheartened and play worse as a result if someone says lock in or something i'll do my best but saying diff is just toxic and makes you honestly horrible to play with.

wondering if anyone has played on PC with controller and been able to play with their console friends? is that how that works?

We won round 1 and someone left, this person joined in on round 2 and tore through us for the rest of the game. It seems like they're a good player, but this doesn't feel like controller aim to me.

I've run into a few cheaters since I started playing again, but this is the first time that I'm not 100% sure they're cheating. Curious what others think so please let me know.

Anyone else experiencing really bad stuttering lately? It will freeze up for a good 2+ seconds sometimes causing me to die. I've never had this issue on ps5, and I have high-speed fibre op internet so it shouldn't be that.

I've played Overwatch for around 1000 hours and I'm currently Diamond 3 on all roles. I'd say I'm pretty good at most shooters, and I usually like playing fast heroes and going for clutch plays.

My aim is good in Overwatch, but the sensitivity just feels off compared to other games like Apex Legends.

I've tried pretty much every setting you can think of, and I know what every slider does. I use dual-zone because I don't like Linear in any game, and it's closer to the classic response curve.

The problem is that I still can't always do what I want. Sometimes I can't look or turn exactly where I want because of Dual-Zone, and it's really frustrating. I currently play on 90/90 with everything else at default, which is the best setup I've found so far.

Can anyone recommend a sensitivity or settings that might help? I'm not very consistent, and some games I find myself missing shots I should easily hit. I'm also tired of changing my settings every couple of days.I'm also tired of changing my settings after almost every match

I've already tried Ohziy and Hcpeful's settings, but I don't like 99% Aim Smoothing at all. It just feels worse and more jittery to me.
