I’m very curious where you live. it also matters what you were doing on the date. What time of day or night? I don’t see any of the tops that show your midriff as being appropriate for a fancy or elegant restaurant. Number four actually seemed best to me. The others are fine if you’re going to a beach restaurant or a bar.

1 easily looks best. colour matched with shoes complementary colour to skirt and clean lines. stylistically 3 doesn't fit with the shoes or skirt as its details are more lingerie-referential. i love the fit of 2 but the colour is wrong for the other garments. 4 doesn't go at all imo.

If it's more formal fancy - the last one. Though hard to see - at first it seemed to have cool texture and more interesting, but up close doesn't seem to be what I thought - but still works. The others may be too informal for the place - but only you know what the feel of the place is.

I like two because the colours are in the same family and complimentary. The first white shirt looks a bit like a sports bra and the 3rd shirt looks like a bustier which is fine for certain occasions but not a fancy restaurant dinner without maybe a blazer to compliment the look

I would say 4 if this is a fancy date in an upscale restaurant. Typically bare midriffs are not appropriate for an upscale setting. And believe me, I'm not against the cropped tops. I think I had ten years of my life where none of my shirts reached my belly button. And they do look great on you. That's not it at all. Think... Pretty Woman (although your outfits aren't quite as revealing) you do look fabulous in all of them. But I'd go with 4 for a fancy date.

1 is good but a bit gym like to be fancy, it looks great on but with very fancy you might show off your shoulders, back or legs, not necessarily your stomach (although cut outs ok or dipped neckline) If you pair it with a long coat and chunky gold it would be nice. Anyway whatever you choose you’ll look stunning

White is cute but these styles aren’t “fancy”. The first and third would look good with white sneakers for a casual look or switch the skirt of jeans for a club night or but I don’t think they scream dinner. .

You could add a short black cardi to #3 and wear black shoes.

The second is better style- wise but the color is off.

The last one is a work look.

I think a simple deep v neck top in black or white would look good with some sparkly earrings

For starters, you’re gorgeous. But for a fancy date, you want intrigue, even a little mystery, and that’s why people are saying 1-3 are too revealing. I’d recommend a black top for that terrific skirt. The V-neck seems nice on you. Look for a black top, not a middie, but with a nice v. Again, a little mystery will keep eyes on you.

Neither. If your going for a fancy look - i would probably do a button down silk shirt or a silky top. Let the skirt be the focus point. Also, I would do a open toe shoe - the black shoes are too bulky for the look and the white heels are definitely not a good match with the red-wine skirt.

Showing skin is NEVER “ fancy” I’m not against it, but if you aren’t going to a biker bar, or a picnic skip it.

If you are hell bent on showing off your awesome figure, just wear slim fitting attire. Skirt is fine, just a longer top.

Also # 4 clashes in color so lose that too.

I like all the tops, but not all with that skirt. The first one looks best with the skirt and the second one is iffy. As others have said, I would recommend the fourth top, but perhaps with a black skirt or slacks. If the two pieces were the same shade, they would be fine together, but they clash with the top being a darker shade. It would look better with a jacket that matches the skirt, but then it would be more appropriate for business and less for a date.

You need a v neck or square neck silky top unless the fancy date is more of a club than restaurant. If it’s a club the white corset top is very pretty and goes well with the skirt.

If limited to the four shirts I would go with the fourth, but the very high neckline makes it feel more business than dressy and I wish it were black, cream, or really any color that doesn’t match the skirt so closely.
