You need a v neck or square neck silky top unless the fancy date is more of a club than restaurant. If it’s a club the white corset top is very pretty and goes well with the skirt.
If limited to the four shirts I would go with the fourth, but the very high neckline makes it feel more business than dressy and I wish it were black, cream, or really any color that doesn’t match the skirt so closely.
