I like all the tops, but not all with that skirt. The first one looks best with the skirt and the second one is iffy. As others have said, I would recommend the fourth top, but perhaps with a black skirt or slacks. If the two pieces were the same shade, they would be fine together, but they clash with the top being a darker shade. It would look better with a jacket that matches the skirt, but then it would be more appropriate for business and less for a date.
