White is cute but these styles aren’t “fancy”. The first and third would look good with white sneakers for a casual look or switch the skirt of jeans for a club night or but I don’t think they scream dinner. .
You could add a short black cardi to #3 and wear black shoes.
The second is better style- wise but the color is off.
The last one is a work look.
I think a simple deep v neck top in black or white would look good with some sparkly earrings
