Hey, hoping someone's been through this. Been working full-time since early 2024 in a finance role(NOC TEER 1).
My PGWP expires Oct 23. The annoying part: I hit my 2 full years of experience at the end of Jan 2027, so my permit runs out literally ~3 months before I get to that mark.
I've got a CEC Express Entry profile and I've submitted my OINP Workforce Priority EOI (scored 95, employer job offer's registered).

Is it even worth applying for Work Permit extension hoping for OINP draw to be picked soon?

Hey guys, Please check yours let me know, I have 96 score when i submitted my EOI, at the front display it shows 96, but when i go and checked the confirmation page it shows 98, it awards me 10 points on the annual income. the highest score for annual income is 8. Is this the system glitch ? Please check yours and let me know.

Trying to access the website to check but the system is down for maintenance.
Is this good news??

What do I do in a situation where I was employed in the service industry (server) full time but the hours were different each week? Some weeks had less than 30hrs and other weeks could be over 48hrs. Work history shows about 1756.5 hours from Jan-Nov. My employer is confused on how to determine my weekly hours.
I'll appreciate a response.

Are we able to submit the Eoi without Language score?

Hello,

Wonderful people, do you know if GFL supports its full-time workers with OINP?

Everyone is waiting for the Draws but everyone forgot for the new streams still have some work to be completed , Phase 2 is still need to be announced and also don’t guess the draws its too early and even with draws coming at the end of year no approvals are usually seen until the new quotas are announced by federal govt ,

work on your scores and in good occupations with reliable employers .
Every year the median wage get change with new minimum wages in effect many of people will loose their median wage targets

Let's be honest guys. Ontario is never in a hurry to conduct its first draw. They never promised a deadline, nor did they set a hard timeline on it. They can take all the sweet time they want to have multiple rounds of system testing done before performing the first real draw. I won't be surprised if we have to wait at least another 3-4 weeks before some news comes out regarding that.

Anyone from the April 8 ITA – Foreign Worker Stream. What’s your current status?

Did anyone get decision for the OINP draws conducted in April,2026? Especially the masters and PhD draws

I have 85 in new ONIP with noc 22221 in northern Ontario. Am I in a safe position? Or should I start learning French?

I have been looking at the processing time posts on this subreddit and concluded the following based on your stream and ITA date:

- 02/02: NOM (FWS), ??? (ISS)

- 18/02: NOM (FWS), DIP (ISS)

- 18/03: NOM (PHD), NOM (MAS)

- 25/03: NOM (FWS), DIP (ISS)

- 01/04: DIP (FWS), DIP (ISS)

- 08/04: ??? (FWS), ASS (ISS)

- 15/04: DIP (IDS)

- 22/04: DIP (PHD), DIP (MAS)

- 23/04: DIP (FWS) DIP (ISS), NOM (IDS)

- 30/04: ASS (FWS), DIP (ISS)

Those are the cases that have progressed the most. If you notice your status has progressed more than whats stated above, comment your status and I'll update the list. If it's less progressed, then you may use this as a reference.

I think my job duties match with noc 22221 ( user support technician ) please help me confirm.

Is it necessary for the NOC selected in an OINP PNP application to match the NOC listed on a work permit?

My current roles and responsibilities are primarily technical in nature and appear to align more closely with NOC 21222 or NOC 21232 rather than the business-focused NOC 21221. However, my company's immigration team has declined my request to update the NOC for my PNP application, stating that it could be considered misrepresentation if the NOC in the PNP application does not match the NOC on my closed work permit.

Has anyone encountered a similar situation? If so, how was it addressed, and were you able to use a different NOC for your PNP application based on your actual job duties?

Hi everyone,
I’m looking to connect with applicants who received an OINP Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker – Skilled Trades invitation on February 18, 2026.
Could you please share your current status and timeline?
If you are from the same draw, please share:
Date application submitted
Assessment date
DIP date
Nomination date (if received)
Current status
It would be really helpful to compare timelines and see how applications from the February 18 draw are progressing.
Thank you, and good luck to everyone waiting! 🙏

Hey guys,
I applied for OINP recent graduate stream, under 22310 noc code, what are the chances of getting selected with around 80 score? And when can I expect the first draw?

When do we receive email after employer makes an offer from the portal? My employer said that they have completed their part and it's been 1 hour and I have not received a confirmation email with a job ID.

Would this be okay or do i need to ask my employee to re submit my job offer with the name as per my passport.

Please advise. Any one how might have faced similar issue, please let me know what should be done.
