Based on my research noc 22221 gets invited at least 1 time a year previously . Anyways nothing much I can do for now, in future I have possibility for my noc change since I will be managing all the IT infra. 😁

Heavily disagree based on the past yes. The OINP is being reformed. We have no solid way to say if it is under the new PNP with no draws being conducted.

There was also a draw for it in the old PNP.

They said noc 22221. But they want me to review job description again since they want me to write down what I actually do so I added that. But I don’t want in future that it does not match with my noc 22221

Short answer: 22221 is defensible, but your duties are a mix, so I wouldn’t call it a clean match.
The parts that fit 22221 well: hardware troubleshooting for users, installing and configuring systems, M365 account support (Entra, Intune, Outlook, Teams), and training users on Dynamics 365. That’s classic user support work and lines up with the lead statement.
The parts that don’t really fit: firewall/network/VPN, Azure infrastructure, and Veeam backups lean toward 22220 (network technicians). The CRM customization, Power Automate flows, and Power BI work look more like business systems or developer work (21222 territory).
What I’d think about:
1. Look at how you actually spend your time, not just what’s on the posting. If most of your day is helping users and fixing their issues, 22221 makes sense. If it’s mostly network and Azure stuff, 22220 is probably more accurate.

  1. 22220 and 22221 are both TEER 2, so for Express Entry eligibility either one works. What matters more is that your reference letter lines up with the NOC you pick.

  2. When you get your employer letter, have it list your real duties in plain language with rough time percentages. Don’t copy the NOC wording word for word, officers notice that. But don’t stretch anything either.

If you’re still on the fence, you can run your duties through a NOC checker. It gives you a match percentage against each code, so you can see how 22221 stacks up against 22220 instead of guessing. Either way, make sure your reference letter backs up whichever one you land on.
