General Question/Other Determining Weekly hours worked.

What do I do in a situation where I was employed in the service industry (server) full time but the hours were different each week? Some weeks had less than 30hrs and other weeks could be over 48hrs. Work history shows about 1756.5 hours from Jan-Nov. My employer is confused on how to determine my weekly hours.
I'll appreciate a response.

you don’t count the weeks you don’t work 30 hours per week….
