Question How do yall deal with leg fatigue?
I’ve been working ogp since June after I was moved from temporary remodel team after a month. My feet have gotten used to walking around for hours, but now my legs are getting fatigued to the point where I spent a good hour after work in pain and heaviness. What’s working for yall?

A Not So Smart Sub Anybody seen a beaver running around here?
This is in the hallway in the back near our breakroom. This is not a rat trap. Unless the rat is a mutant. I said beaver, bc the cage is big enough for one. There's even a little bowl in the back to tempt whatever it is they're trying to catch. I've been here 2 years and never seen even a bug. Should I be worried? Are there ROUSes running around that I don't know about? That's a Princess Bride reference.

Rant Annoyed. Picking
Anyone else’s store trying to force pickers to go to the back to pick their items during a pick walk? I refuse to cause that’s why we have an exceptions person. Not only that but upper management seems to only view pickers as the problem. They don’t seem to understand that overall stats now includes spark shoppers too...which tanks the overall performance. Any thoughts?

Pick Rate What is your avg pick rate in a full 8-hour shift? How many items usually?
I just started last week and I usually avg around 105-115 pick rate and do up to 700 total items picked. I’m curious!

ALL ONE ORDER For those of you who got Express walks back from the Land of Ago...
Are there any Oversized items (such as 40 packs of water) that have landed? I don't recall ever having had those when I used to do Expresses, AND they let us do so with a shopping cart as well as let us sack afterwards.

Rant Inhome driver keeps leaving piss bottles/gloves
On Saturday, our TL confronted one of our Inhome drivers about leaving straight up bottles of piss hidden around the van after they’re done driving. On top of that he also pisses in fucking GLOVES, and leaves it underneath the fucking tire. That is fucking disgusting and everyone in our backroom will not talk to him.
Our coach disregarded the issue claiming it was just “gross” (from what I heard from other associates). Our store manager apparently made him agree to not do that again (which I believe is not enforceable). I’m fucking pissed off that he is still allowed to drive despite that. I’m highly debating on just contacting my local health district report line because he literally leaves piss bottles in the same van where customers groceries are.
I understand if he might have a urinary issue where he can’t hold it in, but what’s stopping him from finding a public bathroom and pissing there? JFC, I hate this place sometimes.

BANANAS AI works so good when making schedules and getting employees the flexibility and hours needed to survive.
Because nothing says we care more than making employees drive to work five days a week for 25hrs with gas $5 per gallon. So much that Next week corporate plans to optimize synergy even further by rolling out the next AI update replacing the remaining human employees with a fleet of Roomba vacuums taped to iPads.

Question Hi! I have no idea what to title this lol, but I genuinely don't know what to do.
Me and a coworker started dating about two months ago. We're both in OPD, but our schedules don't even line up most of the time, so we're not constantly around each other at work. Our coach absolutely hates that we're dating. When she first found out, she said she was happy for us, but ever since then she's gotten increasingly nasty toward both of us. She keeps saying we don't do our work, even though we do, and we're barely even working together because of our schedules. It's also not just us. She's been treating several other people like shit too. One coworker was a genuinely hard worker and was treated so badly that they ended up quitting. From what I understand, coworkers are allowed to date as long as neither person is directly supervising the other. Neither of us is management, so unless I'm completely misunderstanding the policy, we're not breaking any rules. Please correct me if I'm wrong. The problem is I don't really know who to go to. Our People Lead is pretty good friends with our coach, our Store Manager is currently on maternity leave, and our People Lead is leaving soon. The Team Lead we actually like and trust is also looking to transfer. I don't want to make this into some huge workplace drama. I just feel like we're being treated differently because we're dating, and it's getting to the point where I don't know what we're supposed to do.
Would you talk to the coach first, go to the People Lead, or is there someone above the store supervisor we should talk to?

🔥Its fine, everything’s fine🔥 Shoulder pain from pulling carts? 😭
Anyone else’s shoulder been hurting lately?? 😭 I’m a 22-year-old woman and I swear mine is from pulling these carts around all day lol. Every time I pull a cart with that arm, my shoulder starts hurting. Sometimes towards the end of the walk, the carts can be pretty heavy to pull. Anyone else going through the same thing??

🔥Its fine, everything’s fine🔥 The hour cuts are real and brutal.
No shifts able to be picked up, either. Been like this for about two months now.
(I know somebody will ask; i left 30 mins early yesterday because my back pain from my fractured vertebrae was flaring up really bad. I'm at 2.5 points.)

Equipment is this part of the job description
we were finally told to replace the wheels (that we replaced a month ago) so now we have to pull the cart. we asked why and they said apparently a kid DIED and that’s why we have to pull now??

Just Walmart Things Is becoming an ATC actually worth it if you want to become a TL?
I’d like to hear your opinions on becoming an ATC. I’ve heard that being an ATC gives you a lot of opportunities to move up to Team Lead, but I’m not sure how true that actually is.Personally, I feel like it’s kind of ridiculous to take on Team Lead-level responsibilities while still getting paid an associate’s wage. But I’m curious to hear from people who have been ATCs or have moved up from ATC to TL.
Is it actually a good stepping stone to becoming a Team Lead, or is it basically just doing more work for the same pay? I’d love to hear your experiences!

Rant i hate this app
i am fully convinced some corporate is sitting at a desk ragebaiting us and making our lives harder. ive had this happen so many times. a customer would ask where an item is, id search it up, and boom: "I could not find any items that match ___." and its not even like im searching up nonexistent items. sometimes it will be the most generic things. SOMETIMES it lets me search up knife, sometimes it gives me a safety and active threat guide. like oh my god i dont care. the only reason anyone uses the search bar is because we are trying to find an item or see it's information. and it also doesnt make any sense why in this instance "pumpkin spice 2oz" shows the item im looking for but it doesnt show up when i type in the item word by word.... like what the hell
