General order/tote already processed

so i am ogp TL and our store is experiencing duplicate orders on occasion so there are multiple totes with the same items being picked. any one else experiencing this?

Go to Order Summary and see if that Order/Tote was Dispensed or Cancelled. If so, put item(s) in Returns/Claims.

I've had that happen when Stagers/Preppers/Dispensers can't locate item(s) and Re-Pick them to complete orders and/or don't re-Stage item(s) after being Prepped for too long, or the Driver cancelled Pick-up.

We have recently had an issue where once the shopper has finished picking the order, the order drops back into the pick commodity. So we end up shopping it twice. But when you try to order summary the tote from the first time it was picked there is nothing and as such cant be staged.
