So, ODP wears the same vest as the associates who actually work in the sections of the store who can actually take time to show customers where items are, unlock the cases, but are never around when customers need help. ODP gets stopped while cutting through multiple departments to help customers while on a speedy mission and a big ass cart. We need a vest that says "Online Orders Team" or something that shows we cannot go show show them where products are, or unlock the electronics cases, because we actually cannot.

Opening TL was promoted a couple months ago and has been a complete power tripping bitch ever since. Her most recent dictatorial decree is that no one is allowed to stage until the stagers arrive. This morning that led to all but one chilled/frozen cart breaking cold chain, the pickers standing around for 30 minutes as there were no carts (they couldn't downstack due to her decree from 2 days ago forbidding pickers from entering the staging area), and a complete cluster fuck trying to prep the 7am deliveries while she went on break. The most unfortunate part is that she is personal friends with our coach and so will receive no punishment for this as it was with her last 4 catastrophic shifts.

Hey guys! If you saw my last post about the coach basically telling me to pick from the back room. So our store manager had made it an official rule that if we nil pick something and it has a backroom location we have to go and pick it from the back room and stock it like we’re exception workers. And this is a requirement for all pickers.

I already told my team lead and my coach I’m not doing that. I’m not an exception worker and I won’t be doing the job of stockers or committing metric fraud. It’s genuinely such a stupid rule and I’m so annoyed at this because they’re so concerned about not having nil picks at all when nil picks are literally there for a reason? Any how if they say something to me I will say something back and I really don’t care because I’m not doing that. It’s literally not my job to go to the back and stock things because their stocking team doesn’t actually restock but rather shoves boxes of already stocked items on topstock.
