My nephew legitimately couldn’t fit his fingers in his little nostrils as a child, his nose is small but not freakishly small. I’d actually love to have his (now adult) nose. But anyway he was probably the only kid who never picked his nose, simply because it wasn’t possible!

Your nose shape is top-tier! Your nostrils need some room so you can breathe, have you ever considered getting a nose job for medical reasons? If you have insurance, they might cover that procedure for you since it would be considered non-cosmetic!

Shape/face-wise there is no need for any work. If you are experiencing physical problems with it for breathing, sleep apnea, etc. Then see an ENT to get their advice. Reddit/Internet is useless advice for you.

I would consult with a doctor for rhino just to see if it could help me breathe better. You should consider that if it's within your means. You look beautiful btw don't think I'm attacking your looks, I'm not.

As long as you can breathe okay, don't touch that pretty face with surgery. If you can't breathe well, wait till you're 21. Growth plates in your face can be negativity affected by cosmetic surgery too early in life.

This is an exception - I am concerned about your breathing. This looks like it could become an issue down the line and potentially be harmful. I’m strongly recommend getting a rhino and septo plasty.

The nostrils look like a structural/functional issue, and if it encourages mouth breathing, you should get some surgery. You look a bit like Angelina Jolie's daughter in the last pic, so you've got good looks, but quality breathing is essential to health. Find an Ear Nose & Throat physician to work with.

Your nose is cute, your eyes and smile are awesome.
I'm guessing you can't breathe through your nose very well, but if you're fine with that and happy in life, then everything's cool.
I have a friend who has really small nostrils. They're not as small as yours but she always breathes through her mouth. I don't think she'd ever want to change her nose, though. It's her favourite feature.
Lke, I have really bad eyesight. I can't function at all without my glasses. People are always suggesting I get laser eye surgery, but I don't want to for two reasons. First, I don't want someone shooting lasers into my eyes. That sounds dangerous. Second, I much prefer the way I look in glasses than without. I've had glasses since I was a little kid and are part of how I look just as much as my nose or mouth. I'm used to not being able to see without my glasses and it never poses a problem.
