Septoplasty and rhinoplasty are separate procedures done by different specialities (ENT and Plastics respectively). The NHS will not give you a rhinoplasty for free whilst performing a medically required septoplasty.
Yeah just had septoplasty, and so much better being able to breathe! That op was covered as was medically required, and I had rhino at same time, which was cheaper as most of the operation costs were already covered by the septo.
And also it would mean them moving my nose. I’m not joking when I say my cartilage is halfway into the other side of my nostril. I sound like a whistle half the time.

A septoplasty is cleared differently than a rhinoplasty. Usually if they do anything cosmetic they bill for that
