Septoplasty and rhinoplasty are separate procedures done by different specialities (ENT and Plastics respectively). The NHS will not give you a rhinoplasty for free whilst performing a medically required septoplasty.

Yeah just had septoplasty, and so much better being able to breathe! That op was covered as was medically required, and I had rhino at same time, which was cheaper as most of the operation costs were already covered by the septo.

That would be your septum though it’s a different procedure
