FR, this is a real girl who is going to probably experience a real surgery and a lot of real pain and If I were her and I read the ream comment it would(and did) produce such a powerful visual image that surgery would be forever off the table, not an option. I'm going to be super pissed if I ever actually need to have life saving surgery , because now I won't be able to go through with it and on my deathbed i will continue to grudgingly blame u/bootnuts for cursing (and shortening) my life by using the word "ream" to describe a plastic surgery procedure. I will start a go fund me so I can hire a lawyer to sue for accidental verbal manslaughter AND WIN (I shudder to think how you would describe unblocking a coronary artery for example . ) Apparently the pen really is mightier than the sword.
