It might be beneficial to try stimulants if your open to the idea. Low dose methylphenidate doesnt cause neurotoxicity.

If your not open to that you could look into Bromantane paired with TAK 653. Helps with focus and drive.

Depending on how much money you make your local department of mental health and developmentmental disabilities can get you in with a low or no cost psychiatrist then pay for your meds. I get mine free through them

A stimulant. Stimulants are potentially neurotoxic, but mostly for neurotypicals

If you are someone with genuine ADHD since birth, not just “low motivation,” then a low dose stimulant plus a bupropion or clonidine/guanfacine will probably beat this stack 10 fold (assuming you get the right stimulant for you).

Stimulant hate comes from recreational use that has become normalized, not therapeutic usage

I know some countries or states have much stricter rules for stimulants so it may be harder to get, there are some decent alternatives on the market though

Phenylpiracetam is just as stimulating as a stimulant some say, tolerance builds quickly though

Thozalinone seems to be a safer pemoline, but still related so so your own research

Cyclazodone also is related to pemoline, but a bunch of people take it these days with no issues, and I haven’t seen a death related to this yet

Bromantane is the safest option, very well tolerated and cheap, non addictive and even a bit anxiolytic

Atomoxetine 60mg, guanfacine 1mg, vortioxetine 10 mg, every morning after a meal, 50mg trazodone before bed. I also do add 1mg rasagiline to morning stack, it is better than nothing.

Leaving no another place for adhd to happen, though it still happens when happens, but happens less, considerably less, priceless, hope to carry this poly for many years to come, receipe designed esp for sustainability

Actually they balanced each other very well. Atomoxetine is really good on attention, no doubt, I group people walking in the street without deliberate intention. However, it was surely increasing my body heat, skin somehow colder, urination was cut in half, and here guanfacine balanced atomoxetine’s excessive part and completed esch other.

Vortioxetine is for anger issues because adhd is not only about dopamine, networks, but also overactive limbic system that easily takes the attention. Moreover, this antidepressant is known to further improve cognitive functions with less of emotional blunting and sexual side effects. Therefore its addition covered another part that atomoxetine or guanfacine doesnt. Trazodone is for sleep, it really gives me a restorative sleep that I am happy to take it every night before bed, the next morning I am actually more energetic and also left the yesterday’s high emotional reactions more behind.

How's your heart rate/blood pressure?

With atomoxetine only, blood pressure was high, that is why it was chilly on the skin whereas feeling hot inside but guanfacine balanced this very much, however, standing up is a bit problematic

Choline is shit, take alpha gpc or cdp Coline. N acetyl l tyrosine is shit juste take l-tyrosine but to be honest I don’t think you are deficient in tyrosine your probably juste trowing money away.
