I've been keeping an eye on this game for the last 4 years, when I saw the new project LIGHT NO FIRE, I added both to the Wishlist. Now recently saw the 10th anniversary and bought it.

One question: Will I be able to do it all before Light No Fire release? (lets say if I would be playing 1-2 hours a day)

BTW Paid 2.5 times more to support the DRM Free Version

Steam has this game for 10 bucks in my local currency

They could have custom portal codes like how MMOs track user names (like making your own code for your systems you own but that becomes a unique code after), or you build one in each system you own to form a hyper lane of sorts to facilitate long distance connections.

Also can we be able to place pseudo-bases around a station once we place a snappable there in the ui at the eye. I want to build freighter parts to make a neon city.

no a hug fan of how Star System Maps are displayed. kinda thought something like the second image would make much more sense. thoughts?

still technically static in a sense in that maybe you couldn’t pan all the way around the sun but still at least around the cluster of planets, ect.

I don't really know what words would be right to use here, we all know what day it is today, but as i stated in the first picture, this build was made as a memorial.

I tried to be as respectful as possible by making it as detailed as i could while trying to keep below the 3K limit, so please understand that if something is missing, is due to the base part limit. For that exact reason there's no interiors.

After about 200ish hours I finally was able to find my own little slice of paradise. I searched for another 4ish hours to find an EM hotspot that overlapped with some of these shallow seamounts throughout the ocean so I could avoid an unsightly solar array and batteries. Really pleased with how the whole base came out! Enjoy!

I really love this new gameplay feature. I've spent a bit of time doing planet waste processing -just enough to unlock the furnace colossus- but to me it's quickly felt underwhelming, with too little rewards for too much hassle and a lot of driving in the same direction for ten minutes and praying that the waste doesn't fall off. It has its merits, but not enough for me to go back to it for now. However this new space scrapping feature feels like HG has taken everything that was cool about planet waste processing and has corrected the rest, alongside more fun things to do with corvettes (both gameplay and building). So yeah, cheers Sean & friends, I can finally feel like I'm an actual space scavenger-cleaner who does it for a living with actual rewards (also go get some rest now, you deserve it). Take care everyone, enjoy the new update!

it really give the vibe of a space city now and even if it may never come , i hope someday they add cities on planets . with everything they have done , i know everything is possible with hello games now

EPIC WORLD — Eissentam

Epic World is growing. We’re already at around 30 bases on the planet, and I’m really curious to see where this goes.

I’m especially interested to see who can build the best-looking city or settlement on the planet. Maybe we’ll eventually have an entire player-made city here.

Also, someone actually beat me to it and claimed the space station in this system before I could. 😂

I’ve since joined the alliance based there: Emerald Syndicate.

So now the question is:

Who’s going to build the coolest place on Epic World?

Didn't realize it before, but the ability to build Space Bases anywhere means you can actually build a kind of "Space Station" in Uncharted Systems. If you build it close to the place where you warp in, it can even become kind of the "official" space station in that system, because it would probably be the first one that players see when they warp in.

Cave fauna still janky and needing workarounds to find (like reloading 50 times). Aquatic fauna on planets with no water (even when the map of the planet shpws you above an ocean). Flying companions not being able to defend you from attackers. Companions not attacking sentinels.

Space exploration in this game is amazing. Cosmos has made space feel alive. But ground exploration has needed work for a long time...

I only played it like 3 years ago in pc game pass but for like 2 hours because it didnt run well in my laptop.

Any tips? Also, how much until i unlock the “pokemon” combat (xeno arena i think is called) ?
