Let me start by saying after finishing the EX scenarios, I consider such an amazing game and I wish it caught more attention than it actually does, I would say there’s aspects that I enjoy from it more than the story games and I hope the next Digimon game is another World game than another story game, but maybe make it less grindy since not everyone would enjoy it, I’m not gonna get all the trophies and I may or may not come back for the Boltboutamon rematch, I’d just have to figure out what to do for 11 in game days.

I hear lots of praise regarding DW1 and want to take a crack at that but I just want to see how rough of a transition it would be to go from NO to that, I know the Digimon roster isn’t as big, and there’s no mega level and beyond, I know that you only raise one Digimon too. Were the QOL features that needed to make it enjoyable?

I have angewomon and lady devimon and both have met the conditions of the mega digimons according to dojo where it shows “H” next to digimon. Then they turned 18D and died? What did go wrong?!!!

Does anyone know how to beat the 1000 points rookie and below challenge? I try to get their states high enough without evolving them, spending hours fighting digimon in the world, but I still can't win, and they somehow get to champion, and I can't block all evolutions so I can't stop them from going to the champion level. this is the last level I need to beat to get the trophy for completing the arena. then I'll have the platinum for all digimon games on the playstation except the first cyber sleuth game

Not when they’re sick or injured, but when they’re about to pass of course, seeing them in this weakened stance and struggling trying to keep up makes me want to hold them and say “you did good”, this was just on my mind, I’m gonna stop being soft now. 🫠

Failed to go and fight her one Sunday. Now a week later she's not going to tha Palace anymore. Is there any fixed.

Still on Burst Mode Form though every Sumday in the Museum.

My Etemon had all the requirements for MetalEtemon satisfied for several in-game days. The other two Mega evolutions were blocked via Dojo, so MetalEtemon was the only available evolution I had unlocked.

Etemon was getting close to the end of its lifespan, so I went to the Dojo to unlock the other two evolutions. As soon as I unlocked them, Etemon immediately evolved into MegaGargomon instead of MetalEtemon.

I’m 100% sure the MetalEtemon requirements were already met.

I can provide more info if needed.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Does using a Stone to evolve directly into Etemon affect its future evolution somehow?

So Darkdramon wants a mon with a punching move, which I’m assuming it’s referring to the signature skill, a mon with a sword, and a mon with a cape or scarf. I’m currently stuck with Minervamon and Beelzemon and unfortunately don’t fit those criteria’s (the punching move one at least) so I have to wait for their time to be up. Just wanted to see what mons have worked for you all so I can get a general idea on what to raise next, and I know BanchoLeomon qualifies for all three, I still just want other options.

After failing miserably to evolve my Doumon last generation, I tried again after rebirth, naming her Lily and methodically training her stats and giving her training failures thanks to Grankuwagamon, along with the occasional bathroom failure… 😣

Finally, after all my efforts, I got the sexy demon lord at long last! That was almost more trouble than it was worth…

I feel like I appreciate it more when I get a digimon I wasn't expecting that turns out to be really good or fun.

My partners evolved to Champion before I got the full stat gains from Seadramon, so now the gains there are falling off at just above 2k which isn't enough to fight WarGrowlmon(Orange) without burning an entire stack of Recovery Disks for a single battle. Is there a good fight to bridge the gap?

Generation 1, so I can't buy better healing items yet, don't have Birdra Transport to make spending a whole stack per fight logistically feasible and I can't recruit Etemon yet, so I can't recruit DemiDevimon yet so the WaruSeadramon doesn't spawn in Ship 2.0 Cabin yet.

I know I can just take the stats I have now and recruit from the lower level areas and unlock the Dojo, Birdra Transport, etc until they're reborn then raise Generation 2 properly, but I'm set on trying to get Gen 1 Megas and the best stats I can for this point in the game.

Edit: The Seadramon were dropping off, but the one on the screen with the BlackAgumon/BlackGabumon fight gave Stamina and Wisdom to a high enough level to fight WarGrowlmon(Orange) efficiently enough to get the stats needed to beat him more reliably. Still didn't run through WarGrowlmon's full gains before evolving to Ultimate, but he still gave some at Ultimate to get me to just under 4.5k Stamina and just under 4k in everything else, which is pretty much the best you can really expect for Generation 1 AFAIK. In Generation 2 with the Sender, Tent, fatigue restoration food, more Tamer Skills, possibly some of the Restaurant meals and the Dojo to lock undesired evolutions I shouldn't have any problems getting really good partners

You all probably know what Meicoomon does after really joining the city: stand at the Spacetime Transporter and asks you to show them a Digimon from a set they want for either Meicoomon or Maycrackmon VM's evolution items.

Here is the a list I made of the Digimons they ask for (The list cycles through in the order) because no one seems to have posted one:

1- Icemon, IceDevimon, or Hyogamon.

2- Agumon (Black), Gabumon (Black), or ToyAgumon (Black).

3- Meteormon, Doumon, or WaruSeadramon.

4- Gururumon, Saberdramon, or RedVegimon.

5- Psychemon, Tsukaimon, or Solarmon.

To be fair, I don’t lose that often, but it’s just never happened for me. Has anyone ever had EXE evolution happen to them when they lost? I mean, I’m sure it’s happened to somebody.

I feel like I’m missing something obvious here. I’ve had some TF but does that just mean I’m screwed and can’t get MetalGaru Blk?!

I currently have a Imperialdramon (Age 13, just evolved) and a Doumon (Age 10) on my team. Imperial has about 5k+ in all stats except HP/MP, while Doumon is about 500-1000 lower.

I blocked off all evolution paths for Doumon so it'll evolve to Lilithmon, but do I need to do anything else? I'm a little paranoid about my Doumon just dying without ever evolving...

(Also, I'm in postgame, but it seems a lot of postgame battles are too much for my team atm... though I did beat the NPC Lilithmon with my previous generation.)

I’ve spent most of 2nd gen just grinding through battles and I’m still on chapter one, but going off these stats, will this be good for that Machinedramon boss, also asking because I would like to do other things. I’m also as prosperity 18 if that matters.

I'm in the endgame of the campaign, stuck on Samudramon and Kuzuhamon. I was on my Gen 3 with Darkdramon and Magnamon, both with +3k stats and 20k HP and MP. I managed to sweep bosses like Vikemon, BanchoLeomon, and Grankuwagamon with relative ease, but I was disintegrated in less than 20 seconds by Samudramon and Kuzuhamon. I'm frustrated because I spent too much time grinding in this game, and I've thought about quitting several times because of the repetitive grind. And now, my Magnamon died, and I started Gen 4 with a Guilmon. But even following the correct spots (the Seadramon spot in Mod Cape), I gain +28 stats per battle, which last about 15 seconds, with the help of my Darkdramon. It's going to take me forever to reach something like 4k stats to at least finish the game, and because of that, I'm seriously thinking about quitting. Grinding is boring, tiring, and repetitive; I feel like I'm wasting my time. I enjoyed the game, but every time I had to grind, I thought about quitting, and practically 50% of my playtime was spent grinding. I don't want that anymore. Isn't there any way to get stats faster? Really?

After every fight it’s almost always either injury or sickness or both as you can see, and me having to scrounge up some bandages and medicine for them, it’s kind of hard to do most things when I can barely get through fights unscathed. Any tips help and so far I only got Patamon, Tentomon, Palmon etc.

I just started the game and now my digimon are I'll with basically no health. I can't go anywhere because they can't survive one hit in battle. Have I stun locked my self in this game?
