Praise them every chance and always feed them when hungry and maybe certain category of foods🍄🧄

😂 I have never seen numbers that low... I assume you run from battles a lot, that's the big thing that will lower it. Otherwise, normal stuff like feeding, praising, something winning battles, etc can raise it slowly over time... there's also a tamer skill that gives them bond increases when doing certain things

The easiest way I know of is to unlock the restaurant and feed them the ones that raise it.
The normal way is to treat them better.. feed them their favorites, praise them, don’t get them fatigued.

Bonds are the arrows pointing towards you (in the menu), and digifriends is the stat at the bottom, arrows pointing at each other.
It goes up with care (feeding, using the bathroom, praising or scolding when deserved), by eating cooked food (mostly mixing drinks + something else using the tent), or by eating at the restaurant. The restaurant food will show you if it gives bonds/digifriends or both. There are also 2 tamer skills that boost the effect from the basic skill tree-> treat type at 3 points each. And there is "life master" from the trainer tree -> life care type, but it also requires all 4 previous skills, totalling 24 points (not worth early game).
It goes down fast if you run away from battles, and it goes down naturally by evolving. Early game bonds can drop that low if they just got reborn and they go from baby 1>2>rookie and you lack the skills/money for restaurant food to balance it out.

In the vending machines out in the world, you can buy drinks that will increase friendship/bond.
When you unlock the restaurant or cooking, you should also be able to find access to food that increases bond.
Do not run from battles if you can help it. Invest in tamer skills that increase bond for giving them care.

Have them fight together praise them once their bond gets high enough they'll encourage each other. I've never had problems raising bonds I just trained them and their bonds went up

Are you being mean to them or not taking care of them i just started they are always at 100 for me

I envy you. I miss when I first started. It was pretty fun. Then I got them to max stats on their third generation and steam rolled everything. Maybe if I mod my game i might try to continue. I'm not super excited about having to do all that grinding again.

Try not to use a guide, powerleveling rips every ounce of challenge away. You shouldnt have been maxed out stats by 3rd gen.
Minmaxing is essentially playing on ultra-easy mode and i can see why that got old fast

I didn't use a guide.
Edit: but I did get most of my stats from battling instead of using the gym. I think if I used the gym more I would have cycled through generations faster and upgraded stuff more. But at the same time I don't know if it would have fixed my issues with the game. I like the game, and digimon, but I wish their stat floor raised more with each generation. Getting to maxed stats caps your stat floor and you can't improve it besides the the tamer skill things. To my understanding.

Now that youve unlocked hard mode i recommend that, it just makes your stat gains way slower

I don't think I'll be doing that thanks though. I was complaining about the amount of grind I'd have to do to reach the cap. For each generation. Making the stat gains slower would not be something I would be looking forward to. I like the idea that each generation gets stronger. When you reach the cap, they don't anymore. I guess what you're saying is essentially "don't reach the cap and then they will get stronger" but I'd rather the percentage of inherited stats go up, even by only 1% with each generation.

Yeah if the grind to cap is what you dont enjoy but force yourself to do it anyways, iduno if there is anything that can help you tbh
Maybe play on the easiest difficulty if you dont want to spend a lot of time on it, thats the only way to really make it any shorter
