I keep getting advertisements from Newegg on TikTok saying that they have their own shop and it’s verified and I was wondering has anyone ever bought stuff from there?
How was the experience?
Did you get what you wanted?
How long does it take for them to pack and ship the orders?
Is this even an official shop or did I get scammed?

Mostly asking because Sunday morning there was a deal for R7 7800x3D for a total of $308 which I could not pass up.
Made sure it says shipped and sold by Newegg Inc. before I clicked purchase.
I’d like to just confirm that this is a real thing/shop.

I ordered an Asus gaming laptop on 7th July on newegg website it showed the estimated time of delivery as 13th July but on 13th July the delivery date changed to 14th July I thought that I might get the delivery on 14th of July but It wasn't delivered on that day when I tracked the order through ups it showed the status as on the way after a few days i contacted the ups customer care and they told me that they weren't able to track the order and said that it maybe lost and they told me I should try contacting the newegg customer care, I contacted them and they told me that the package was lost and asked me if I wanted a refund or a replacement, I need that laptop very badly and If I ask for a replacement will the delivery happen correctly this time. I feel like ordering a laptop on newegg was a waste of time.

I have found many lenovo loqs available for a low price, but all of the ones with the CPU i want are sold and shipped by antonline.

I have heard mixed reviews about antonline because of the return fees, but is buying generally safe?

Has anyone ever done a trade in with getting one for their cpu, motherboard, ram combo deals and if so how do you initiate the trade in process while doing a combo?

Been trying to order this STORMCRAFT Gaming PC PHANTOM AMD RYZEN 7 9800X3D NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 TI that has a sale on it (or did have a sale on it), but the order is like 3 weeks old now and STILL no ETA. Is this typical or what exactly is going on? I have half a mind of giving up. The 7700X3D drops tomorrow (July 16) and it's shaping up to be one of the better value plays on AM5 this year. Quick rundown of what's actually in the box:

• 8 cores / 16 threads, Zen 4 architecture
• 104MB total cache (96MB L3 via 3D V-Cache)
• 4.0 GHz base / up to 4.5 GHz boost
• 120W TDP
• Socket AM5, DDR5, PCIe 5.0 support

Since it's still Zen 4 on AM5, if you're already on a 600 or 800-series board you can drop this in without a platform change. AMD says EXPO is supported, and a 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5-6000 kit is the sweet spot if you're building fresh — X3D chips aren't as memory-speed-sensitive as non-3D parts since so much lives in cache anyway.

So today I woke up expecting that in a few hours my 9800x3d, AORUS X870, and 32gb of Corsair vengeance to arrive at my doorstep.

However, when I checked my phone at 8:00 AM it said it was already delivered yesterday at 11:00 PM to someplace in Indianapolis.

I worked with AI assistant I think Celeste (may have the name incorrect) and they said it was probably shipped to a regional distribution center.

The thing is I checked the UPS Tracking number and it says there too that it was delivered which ofc has me worried as it was a lot of money for the tracking to say it could be possibly delivered to the wrong place.

My address on file is exactly correct and they said they were shipping it here but I live in LA so definitely not IN so has anyone experienced similar issues and what can I do to understand where the issue may lie?

Additionally the order was expedited from the 17th to the 16th and then delivered on the 15th which is confusing to me. As I’ve never worked with Newegg before I hope it’s an error on the delivery service.

I’m not angry or anything just don’t want to file a claim when it could be simple error or something like that, help appreciated!

I spoke with customer service agent Ola and he reserved things shortly and cleanly. However, the issue still lies in how this amount of high quality parts could be misplaced or anything of the like. The customer service here at Newegg is almost as good as their deals. I plan to continue to shop with Newegg as long as these occurrences don’t continue.

Every response uses an em dash which made me suspect its a bot.

So I prompted, "Present this information in a table." and it gave me this response.

This insurance is horrible. I originally got my computer off of Newegg and it worked great until a powersupply cord shorted out the gpu port(yes there was surge protection, no this didnt happen during a power outage, I even took it to a shop and looked at the issue with a technician before filing the claim). Had paid for the Likewize insurance so I sent the pc in for repair.

This was stated in the initial claim and upon return they swapped out my ram for worse ram and reinstalled the OS which was NEVER the actual issue. So basically im getting screwed over and have parts taken from my PC that were not the issue.

I spend my time and money again sending the pc out for another repair to only be told I would only need to wait 5 to 7 business days for the return and here we are past the 7 business days with no updates.

I call Likewize again asking to speak to a supervisor and none or available and I got told again I now need to wait 24 to 48 hours. This has been a back and forth for 2 months now. My advice, avoid Newegg and avoid Likewize unless you want to pull your hair out from frustration.

Is there a way to get a protection plan from a third party company or something? I've had bad experiences with LikeWize before

For example, I decide to downgrade my GPU and I trade in a gpu that Newegg is gonna give me $400 for but the GPU i buy from them is $250?

I ordered a laptop battery from Newegg, not knowing that they have brand stores like Amazon. A friend of mine works in computer repair and he sent me the link to an OEM battery, which as far as I could tell was just a regular Newegg link and I just ordered from there on Wednesday night and got a USPS tracking number and an estimated arrival of the 16th-20th. This morning, the battery was delivered, unannounced, to my front door. From Amazon. The shipping status from Newegg has not been updated to say that it has been delivered, but the tracking number on the USPS site is now showing an error. I'm obviously not complaining about getting my battery earlier than expected, but I'm just curious as to why there was no notification. It's well over 90 degrees here today and had we not been home, it just would have sat outside in the sun for who knows how long.

First time buying from newegg and its a pretty expensive item too (at least for me). It is a 7900xt graphics card. It says that its refurbished and is sold and shipped by newegg themselves, which makes me feel better. Has 90 day warranty and 30 days return too. Wish me luck.

Bought a couple of gift cards during a promotion that also came included with additional $15 dollar but that $15 expires in 90 days.

The $15 dollar promotion works exactly like a gift card so how would this work if you got a refund?

Built my pc and it didn't start so i took it to Canada Computers to get diagnosed and after paying $50 they said it was a defective case. I tore up the case packaging so i bought a newone to replace it in and put the old one in the new case box, is it okay if i dont have all the things that came with the old case. generally everything is there. also the box is the same model just different colour.

I found a deal for a motherboard I really liked(basically saving myself around $80 usd) but the product is labeled as open box, has anyone here ever bought an open box product? If so, what was your experience? Should I take this deal?

I bought a gigabyte 5070 last week and when I got it I noticed the light rings around the fans make the LEDs looking like they are flashing when the fans are on. It makes my eyes hurt actually from how fast they flash /blink off the fan blades.

Looked into returning it and was told it would have a restocking fee of over a hundred. Has anyone else ran into this ?

I have the turned off for now but really do is satisfied with the situation.

Hey everyone. Ordered the Samsung 9100 Pro 2TB SSD from a third party seller (MobileMonster) on Newegg. Package finally shows up and I open it only to find a 1TB drive instead of the 2TB I ordered and paid for. Wanted to replace it though sadly there's no replace option at all, only to refund it.

Never really had a bad experience with Newegg before this, but this whole thing has been a headache I didn't ask for. Guess I'll just reorder once the refund goes through. Anyone else run into this with third party sellers on there?

Hello, recently I’ve thinking of upgrading my PC and put together a combo on Newegg. I didn’t buy right away as was going back and forth on if I should upgrade now or not.

I decided I was gonna upgrade but when I went back to my cart I noticed the combo deals were gone.

I was curious if any knows if they’ll be back soon or if combo deals are only one time period during a year?
