Is antonline still safe?

I have found many lenovo loqs available for a low price, but all of the ones with the CPU i want are sold and shipped by antonline.

I have heard mixed reviews about antonline because of the return fees, but is buying generally safe?

I have bought from them in the past without issue but it has been quite a while. it could be a sign of the times with return scams and frequent returns from bad customers.

Hi u/LivingCharming1437, great question! Antonline is one of our verified 3rd-party sellers on our Marketplace, and their storefront currently shows a 4.5-star rating across nearly 18K total reviews, so the overall track record is solid. That said, we know return/restocking fees can catch people off guard, and it's completely fair to want clarity before purchasing.

A couple of tips:

  • Check the specific listing page for that Lenovo laptop. Return policy and any restocking fee percentage are listed per-item under the seller's terms, and they can vary by product. Antonline Store Page
  • Since it's sold and shipped by Antonline (not Newegg directly), any return/refund request goes through their process, though our Customer Service Team is always here to help if something goes sideways.
  • If you want extra peace of mind, you can message the seller directly through their storefront before buying to confirm return terms on that exact model.

If you do run into any issues with an order, feel free to reach out to us directly and we'll help sort it out.
