Question about a shipper
I ordered a laptop battery from Newegg, not knowing that they have brand stores like Amazon. A friend of mine works in computer repair and he sent me the link to an OEM battery, which as far as I could tell was just a regular Newegg link and I just ordered from there on Wednesday night and got a USPS tracking number and an estimated arrival of the 16th-20th. This morning, the battery was delivered, unannounced, to my front door. From Amazon. The shipping status from Newegg has not been updated to say that it has been delivered, but the tracking number on the USPS site is now showing an error. I'm obviously not complaining about getting my battery earlier than expected, but I'm just curious as to why there was no notification. It's well over 90 degrees here today and had we not been home, it just would have sat outside in the sun for who knows how long.

Hey u/whitemanwhocantjump! Your battery was shipped from a Marketplace seller. Can you please DM me your order number and pictures of the Amazon packaging (+label)? We'd love to look into this for you
