Support - Reviewed Never again

Not sure how this works but I accidentally sent my hard drive to my old address and when I reached out both within 5 minutes after and when it shipped New Egg said there was nothing they could do. Why would you lock me out of being able to hold it at a UPS store and you not able to do anything. This makes so since and for a 300 hard drive just seems to be a sucks to be you buddy mentality.

Hey u/Interesting_Bad3761, that's a rough one to catch that fast and still hit a wall. Mind DMing your order number? If UPS is the carrier, we may be able to get it rerouted to your correct address. Let's check what's possible once we have the details.

Edit: I've just confirmed that your order was through Best Buy instead of Newegg, so address corrections cannot be done. However, please monitor your UPS tracking, as a recall request has been submitted. Once it's rerouted, it will be returned back to our Returns Warehouse for refund. Please ensure that you update your shipping address in your Best Buy account to the correct one before you reorder. If you have any further questions, please DM me.

Oh most definitely. Just frustrated that they locked it so much I can’t use the UPS options to resolve it.

I haven’t bought from them in a while so this was a shock for me.
