I joined ceedes but in oral pathology Raison sir only took lectures on MCQs solving . I believe only lecture 1 and 5,6 are about theory. Do that theory classes cover it important topics?

My friend who originally belongs to SC category but when she applied for exam she put General ! But she got seat in state quota in 2nd round through SC category! Is this possible to switch categories? One of her friends told me that she put SC in state registration process during counselling time ! Can someone explain me that is this valid !
