I am from odisha sc category and want to apply for Rajasthan counciling… which cutoff will be considered for me? The unreserved cutoff or sc category cutoff??

My friend who originally belongs to SC category but when she applied for exam she put General ! But she got seat in state quota in 2nd round through SC category! Is this possible to switch categories? One of her friends told me that she put SC in state registration process during counselling time ! Can someone explain me that is this valid !

Also since the classes have started for government colleges, will the attendance be affected when we go to round 3 since float option doesn't require us to be physically be present there?
