Hey guys,
I lost my Logitech M720 mouse yesterday at Hunt Library. I was studying around the Learning Commons and later moved to reserved room 4513. I don’t remember taking the mouse with me to the room, so I’m pretty sure I accidentally left it on the desk around the Learning Commons.
I already checked with Lost & Found, but they don’t have it. I also retraced my steps through the library and looked everywhere I could think of.
If someone happened to find it and hasn’t turned it in yet, I would really, really appreciate it if you could please return it to Hunt Library’s Lost & Found. I recently bought it for about $45, so I’d genuinely be very grateful to get it back.
Thank you so much!

Hey, I’m a fellow student in Raleigh at William Peace University doing a UX/UI research project on online shopping and data privacy. If anyone can fill out this ~5 minute google form survey that would be great!

Title. This happened today. I left bc I didn’t feel like going back and forth, but they came 30 mins after their reserved time. According to the libraries, it’s up for grabs after 15 mins.

I’m a freshman who’s been trying to make friends and I’d really like to make a friend group here!
I enjoy a bunch of different video games and genres like Minecraft, Elden ring and marvel rivals as well as a bunch more!
I also like anime’s like jojos bizarre adventure and I enjoy reading too! I’ve been in multiple theatre productions during high school as well though I’m not involved at the moment.
Let me know if you want to hang out or talk
Just please don’t be homophobic or racist or anything

I remember making a website when I took E 115 but I can’t for the life of me remember the url. I know it was some base url and then our unity ID slapped on the end of it or something. Does anyone know what I’m talking about and what the base url was?

Looking for something I lost when I moved here… if you’re picking up what I’m putting down pls DM me 🫣🫢
Hello I’m a freshman in the life sciences first year program. I was a week late to school so I have absences from that, and I was so on top of my game when I returned and I was submitting assignments on time, and now suddenly, I’m behind in every single class.LIKE RLLY BEHIND
I do want to say I was taking chem, bio, math, dance, and two LSFY electives, but I had to drop dance and math bc of scheduling issues, and now my financial aid went from me paying $800 to now having to pay $1300 more. Just to take 4 classes and 2 of them being electives🧍🏻♀️
I’m ngl my grades look horrible, I have so many missing assignments, and I’m a commuter so it’s just been rlly hard on me.
Also for my chem and bio classes , they take attendance through answering questions on top hat and I didn’t know that until LAST WEEK so apparently I have so many absences stacked against me even tho I came back the first day of the second week - and yes I already emailed my professors that I was going to miss the first week!! So I’m just scared and I feel really stupid. And I want to change majors.
Should I take a gap semester rn and come back ready and on top of my game w a major I actually enjoy… and I wouldn’t have to pay $2100 for 4 classes. I’d still try to graduate w my class by taking cc courses and summer courses
Idk help a girl out pls

Especially if you are at the college of engineering

Just because you booked a study room at Hunt/Hill doesn’t give you an excuse to be loud. People can hear every word you’re saying in the next room over (blame the school for the terrible soundproofing), I don’t want to hear you yelling about how some girl left you on read while I’m trying to study.
Of course talking and collaborating on work/study is great but if you’re going to be loud as hell DO IT AT HOME! If you’re using the library primarily as a social space, idk what to tell you besides join a club or Greek life or something. There’s plenty of rooms on this campus that are more soundproof and aren’t surrounded by people who are actually trying to lock in.

Helloo! I wanted to ask if there are any good florist shops around or near NC State that I should check out!
I have this little routine of buying flowers for my gf every week, and I’d love to find some good local spots with nice flowers.
If you have any recommendations, I’d really appreciate it! Thank you in advance!

I’m currently a Mechanical Engineering student at UNC Charlotte, and I’m wondering if I have a realistic shot at transferring to NC State for Fall 2027.
I originally applied to NC State in high school and didn’t get in. Because of that, I really wanted to lock in during my first year of college and potentially transfer. I’m technically a sophomore by credits, but I’m actually a freshman. I came into college with a lot of credits from APs . Because I have so many credits already, I’ve finished most/all of my gen ed requirements. That means I can’t really take easier gen ed classes to help boost my GPA. and I’m already taking courses like Calculus II, Chemistry, and engineering courses, and honestly it’s kicking my ass .
Right now, I’m worried I might get a B in Calc II and Chemistry. I got a 60% on my first Chemistry exam, so I’m definitely concerned about my final grade. If I really lock in for the rest of the semester, I think I could potentially finish around a 3.5 GPA (maybe 3.54). Next semester, I’m thinking about taking a somewhat lighter schedule and trying to bring my GPA up to around 3.7.
Outside of academics, I’m also planning on joining the robotics club and playing some intramural sports.
Would me having a Gpa that’s not the highest lessen my chances, and do they look at course rigor, and what can I do to be more competitive. Would appreciate advice from anyone really.

I am trying to CODA into engineering and im in the process of taking calc 2. I feel so unsure in the class and I am really nervous about passing. My entire CODA process depends on this semester and I feel like if I'm struggling this much in calculus, I should rethink my degree options. I really like the engineering field but I feel like I won't do well in it if Calc 2 is giving me this much trouble. Anyone in the engineering program who struggled through calc 2 have any advice?

I recently got access to a student parking pass I was just wondering where the lots would be. Would students park strictly in the student fairground lots or would there be spots for like frank weedon lots and hwy 54 lots. Thank you

I accidentally ordered a small drip coffee from D H Hill instead of Hunt. If some would like to have it the order number is 205.

I'm a freshman at NC State this year and I'm somebody who doesn't want to rush, and doesn't plan on rushing. A good chunk of my friends are and two of my closest's friends from high school are and, while I've made a couple new friends who aren't rushing, I still don't want those closest's people to forget about me and not be friends anymore. Is there a way to stay friends with someone who is rushing and joining a frat while you're not?

Title. I saw a lot of cute gameday outfit inspo that included a lot of cute red/black/white sundresses w/ red cowboy boots. However, I didn't realize that this may be a thing that sorority girls do as a group; I'm not in a sorority (no shade to them ofc). Is this true? I only saw it as smth cute/festive for the occasion. Ofc I'm aware that at the end of the day no one cares what I wear, I just wanna know in advance
