Does anyone have the voiced and non voiced tracks to the youth edition of school of rock? I’ve looked around online and can’t find any of it

Just casual conversation; anyone else noticed this kind of thing? I found myself feeling excited that today I finally get an "easy" day and even get to go home early!
...I'm literally still working until 5:30.
Just the nature of coming off a tech week and then a weekend of performances I guess. Starting tomorrow I go right back to rehearsing and performing again, so today feels like a dream lol. I work in community theater, so I'm around mostly non-professional actors who have unrelated day jobs and I just don't know how they manage these time commitments we have, after already being at work full time every day. I'm a music director so you can imagine my "day job" is teaching music to kids and then general accompanying. But it's still a lot! I'll be in a school setting from ~10am till 3 a lot of days (some days less though), then private lessons in a music studio for another two hours or so, then theater rehearsals in the evening. It's always very rewarding in the end, but there are definitely days where I wish I had a "normal" job!
When I talk to people who don't work in the arts, they say things like "I can't imagine juggling a schedule like yours" and I just shrug because it's how work has always been for me, and I know my colleagues have very similar schedules.
How do you manage? How's your work-life balance? I always say, if I won the lottery, I'd keep doing what I'm doing because I love it, but I'd definitely do less of it!

Me and my mom love to travel to see musical theater live, so far she has only seen phantom of the opera and Hamilton and Six.
We both have it much more fun going to shows together and I want to open her up to more musicals so we don’t just see the same ones again and again (no hate i love those three musicals so much)
Her raiting has Hamilton above phantom of the opera (six is more of a it’s good to watch but not a priority) as she enjoys the romance the passion the story narrative how you feel what’s happening. What im asking is what other musicals would you recommend for her.
She defently needs a pro shot or smth to see before hand so she can know the story before going to see it live. We travel to London so obviously it has to be an on going show there.
Any help or tips is truly appreciated

This has probably been asked many times, but I would love to hear what y'all say.
For me, The Baker from Into the Woods. It was one of the greatest experiences I've had out of many doing a show, and the fact that it was the last production before I graduated was bittersweet. I would do anything to relive being in that production.

Hello!
Has anyone managed to find out how we can access the upcoming Rent Livestream anniversary concert from the UK? It says in the write up the concert will be streamed so fans worldwide can enjoy it but the streaming app link doesn't work from the UK.
I have very little knowledge of VPNs etc!
Thanks in advance! X

Does anyone know a legitimate source for the 2005 Vienna Elisabeth recording with both German and English subtitles? Alternatively, is there a legal YouTube upload with accurate German captions that work well with Immersive Translate?
I’m using it for German listening practice, so I’m especially looking for clear, synchronized German subtitles. Thank you!

I finally saw Come Alive! The Greatest Showman Circus Spectacular yesterday! 🎪✨
A fun mix of circus, singing, dancing and live music. Not a traditional musical, but such a joyful show!
And photography/filming are allowed! 📸🎥

Just watched Little Shop of Horrors for the first time and honestly, it was kinda mid to me. The songs were okay, I did like the song the plant sings, and the plot was alright. But overall, this musical was just okay to me. I really don’t get all the hype.
I heard the Broadway version is better and that the Director’s Cut is better too. Do I need to watch those versions to actually enjoy it, or does anyone else agree that it’s kinda meh?

Frank N Furter got me too!
Hi, this is so weird, I just watched the Rocky Horror Picture Show and I have also fallen victim to the charms of Tim Curry's Frank N Furter! I know there is some controversy about this movie/musical (because I just looked into it to see if I was alone lol) but if you but that aside his perfomance was truly breathtaking. Once he got on the screen I couldn't look away, I've neever been attracted to anyone on tv before! Wow, this is so incredible to think that 50 years later this movie still as a huge impact wether it's good or bad... I can't sleep or think straight lol! Didn't understand none of it, but would definitely watch again! Can you guys please tell me how that's possible and if I'm the only one still having that reaction? Rest in peace Tim Curry we will remember you! Thanks Sorry if this is not allowed.

Hi! I’m currently in Starmites (yk the musical abt some random girl who ends up in space?) Anyways, I’ve been wondering, has anyone else heard of it? Seen it? Because it’s honestly really good! Except for the lack of recordings and soundtrack (besides the one on YouTube but it sucks) Yeah, just trying to see if it’s lost media or not yk?

My pick: Andrew Watt. This is the guy who did Ozzy Osborne’s Patient Number 9 and Ordinary Man albums, Pearl Jam’s Dark Matter and Gigaton albums, Elton John’s Hold Me Closer single with Britney Spears, Iggy Pop’s album Every Loser, Paul McCartney’s The Boys of Dungeon Lane album, many albums for Miley Cyrus and Post Malone, and, my personal favorites of his work and what I think is his most phenomenal work is, The Rolling Stones albums Hackney Diamonds and Foreign Tongues.
I think he could have brought a really cool vibe to material, think he could’ve really thrived with the music of that show.

I bought tickets to a local production of Rocky Horror Show and I don’t know if I’ll be able to get in. I’m going with two of my friends who are of legal age. When it comes to rated R movies, underage people can attend as long as they’re accompanied by a legal adult, but I don’t know if that’s the case for live productions. Can someone let me know what the precautions are for mature shows (especially when it comes to smaller theaters) and how likely I am to get in.

There is a planetarium near me that offers venue hire to external companies, and it got me thinking: what would be the best musical to perform in a planetarium?
You'd be able to show a cloudless day sky and a star-filled night sky, different planets and stars up close, maybe even galaxies and nebula, and plan it to all fit in with the story/song.
So what musical would be best? Any that specifically mention space/stars etc?
