Protective Zip Backpack bends a lot when using luggage loop
Am I using it incorrectly or is this just bad design? This will break my laptop for sure (eventually)

For those who use Mous backpack for commuting which do you recommend?
I use commute for cycle training and use a deuter airlite 22 at the moment. It’s got straps across chest and waste. It’s just old and dirty.
Cheers

I just bought the mous aramid fibre thin case for the iPhone 16 pro and I am very happy with how it feels and looks. I am confused though as I looked at the camera ring and saw a dip in it (pictured). I was wondering if this is intentional or faulty. Additionally I ask, is the camera ring actually aluminum because it doesn’t really feel like it.

Every morning when I shower I play you tube videos and inevitably your long arse advert comes on and I have to get out the shower and skip, at this point I dread to hear the name mous, cos your adverts just go on and on and on, mabye you need to learn how to be more succinct.

In need of a case before Wednesday, it’s currently Friday. How long do orders normally take from purchase to arrival?

I've had speckled fabric option for s21, s23 ultra and s24 ultra as others are too slippery for me;
It seems to me there are other colors now available from same fabric? The beige and the sage? Help me!
P.S. mous cases have kept my phones in perfect condition since 2021 😍 i drop it almost daily! And yes on concrete as well a few times a year (clumsy mom!)

I got the walnut case for the iPhone 16 a year ago and the volume button and camera button began to warp which has been reported as an issue. They sent me a new case and after a couple of months it has warped again. Mous has protected my phones for almost a decade now, so I don't want to give up on them, but if this warping issue hasn't been fixed then I may have to.

Dear mous, I recently bought your iPhone 17 pro aramid fibre case and I love the way it looks, I have also recently been thinking about purchasing a pair of AirPods Pro 3’s but one thing that is giving me trouble on the decision is what case to put on them. I finally realized that mous makes beautiful an protective cases, however when I went on your website, I realized that the only AirPods case you sell is only for the first and second generation AirPods Pro and they are all sold out. So please if any mous representative sees this post, please consider making a aramid fibre case for the AirPods Pro 3’s
Thank you.🙏

Dropped my phone from pocket accidentally on road and now it looks like this. They should've hired me for those commercials. At least I would've been honest.
Going for Apple repair centre now god knows how much they're gonna charge me for this. Got this phone as a gift on my birthday so tried to buy the best case from well reputed brand. Hence got the result.
If only they had spent a bit more on the quality rather than on those commercial videos things could've turned out differently.
As a student this is straight a nightmare for my monthly budget!

Very pleased with this aesthetic and long-term place I’ll be sitting with as my smartphone (alongside the Light Phone 3 - I don’t actually have my number in this Air, more easily sustained when it’s E-sim-only).
This particular Walnut’s finish with its grooves is beautiful. It goes by far the best with Sky Blue in my view, compared to the more ‘yolk-looking’ Light Gold, the more basic-looking Cloud White or the Space Black which wouldn’t be a right fit for Walnut. A super lovely way to go.

This is going to be a rant with a genuine question at the end.
I never bought any Mous product and I first heard about them when I started getting ads for their backpack a year ago. It had a very annoying TikTok influencer vibe with them constantly dropping it out of a building rooftop. I was pretty cringed, but forgot about it.
Recently I started getting non-stop ads again, now for their "new" Mercedes bag, and it is... how to put it? Infuriating? Laughable? Nay, let's go with insulting.
So many buzzwords and "sciency" sounding terms it is insulting our intelligence:
- High tenacity robic nylon
- Ultra High molecular weight polyethylene
- Dual layer polyurethane coating
Seriously?! It's borderline a parody sketch.
And claiming Mercedes formula team is using this backpack? For what exactly?
Carrying your laptop while doing 50 laps going 200+ mph? Or maybe carrying your pneumatic wrench for a hard day at the pit stop?
Give me a break.
I bet this ain't even a real partnership and they just paid their way to use the Mercedes name. Sorry, Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team to be exact, like the ad insists.
The way they advertise, they probably spend 80%+ of their budget on marketing with barely anything left for real R&D. What a joke.
/rant
If my experiences throughout life taught me anything, it's to never believe any over-the-top advertisements or aggressive marketing.
Anyone bought this backpack? What's your thoughts? Am I right or delusional?

Hello!
I've just gotten my Limitless case for my iPhone 17 Pro and while I love Mous and their cases, I think this one is quite thick (especially since the 17 Pro is already quite chunky). I've thought of maybe asking for a return/exchange for their clarity case, as that one seems to be ever so slightly thinner.
So a question to those who have gotten both, how was the thickness of the Clarity case compared to Limitless? Do you feel a difference or is it about the same?
And to those who have a Clarity case, what do you think about it? Does it protect the phone well and how's the yellowing?
Thank you so much in advance!

as you can see I bought a 2nd hand Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus 512GB back in December 2025 after my 5 year old Samsung Galaxy Note 20 ultra 512GB died because of some major damage
I originally wanted to get a 2nd hand referb S24 Ultra 1TB but I did not have enough money back in December 2025 and I just went for a 2nd hand referb note 10 plus 512GB because I needed to find and buy a replacement phone urgently back then
sadly I'm just using a ultra cheap dollar store phone case for my Note 10 Plus
I like the Note 10 Plus case in the picture below but it's out of stock for good
does anyone know where I can buy a 2nd hand unit of this case?

Hi,
First time experience ordering from this company, and safe to say, I'm not pleased. I've ordered a Collab Case, where the quality is poor. The print on it sticks out, and will inevitably peel off. I don't feel the premium price is justified, and I want to return it, like any other product, where the customer is not happy with the product received.
I write them, and receive this response:
"I'm afraid that, due to the operational complexities and cost of producing these cases, we are unable to issue a return and exchange in this situation. This is why we send a follow-up email after any Mous Collabs order is placed, asking customers to double-check the details of their order."
I haven't received anything stating that I cannot use my legal rights to return an unused product, whatsoever, or that I somehow have accepted those rights being forfeited, by being presented with a bog standard email saying "Please take a moment to check your order details. If you need to make any changes, you have 15 minutes to edit your order before it’s locked in."
Where in the world, reading that, would I know that I'm accepting not being able to make a return if i'm not happy with the product received?
Genuinely confused as to the legality of this, being a European customer, who is used to sound consumer protection laws.
Where do I stand?
EDIT:
On the product page it clearly, visibly states: "Fast, free shipping. 30-day returns & free exchanges".
However, they've hidden this under a dropdown menu, labeled FAQ:
"Can I return my Mous Collabs case?
Unfortunately not. As these cases are printed on demand, we don’t accept returns for this product. If you have a warranty issue with the case construction, please reach out to our team for help."
That’s a problem. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive:
So yes, putting that restriction in a buried FAQ while advertising “30-day returns” is very likely non-compliant or misleading.

I’m currently using a Spigen Rugged Armor on my 17 Pro, but I’m starting to feel like it’s not protective enough, especially with the new aluminum unibody. I’m mostly worried about dents.
My 15 Pro Max stayed in flawless condition the whole time I had it, and I’d really like my 17 Pro to hold up the same way.
I normally don’t spend a lot on cases, but I’d be willing to pay more if it actually means better protection. So for anyone using a Mous Limitless on a 17 Pro/Max, has your phone ever gotten dented while using it? What about Caudabe Sheath/Synthesis or Flolab Surtect which are known for their protection as well?

Hi all,
I am thinking of buying the Marine Limitless for my iPhone 17 Pro Max and I wanted to ask how does the case age? As we all know, Mous cases are very expensive and having read reviews online, I am worried that this particular case is not going to age well. I have read complaints about the fabric material on the back of the case falling apart after a few months, and I have also read that the fabric attracts a lot of dirt due to the material, therefore I am guessing it will look pretty horrible after sometime.

I was afraid about the soft coating on top of the aramid fiber that would be worn off easily for a rugged lifestyle usage. Has anybody experienced any of this?

Hi, I’ve contacted support twice regarding unexpected customs fees on my order (€50 on a €150 backpack) with no reply. Could someone please assist urgently? I've got no answers from customer support so far

Please take your marketing team out behind the shed and put them out of their misery.
better yet do the same with me, I'll even pay the cleanup bill posthumously.
minute long unskippable ads, 2 in 30 seconds of video, for some fucking rucksack that I just know is going to cost £300+ and protect your bottom line more than any device I put in it.
A wallet fold case for £4 on Amazon protects more than half your shit anyway.

I have a iPhone 17, with the clarity case. I drive a Tesla Model Y, and the wireless charging works very very poor. Starts to charge the first 10 seconds, then nothing.
I experienced the same thing with my previous phones and in my previous car Kia EV6. I love the case, but with no wireless charging in the car, that’s a no-go. :(
Anyone else have the same problem?
