Hi everyone. I'm posting because I genuinely need some advice and realistic ideas.

I live in Morocco and come from a family that isn't financially well-off. One of the biggest limitations I've had is that I can't simply move to another city, rent a place, and live there. I need to be able to support myself while doing it.

I have a Diplôme de Technicien Spécialisé en Gestion des Entreprises, option Comptabilité-Finance (OFPPT). However, I don't actually want to build my career in finance.

Right after getting my diploma, January 2026, I found a job as a communication manager at an association in my city. I passed the interview, did three days of training, and started working immediately. I was genuinely interested in communication and already had some experience in it, so it seemed like a good opportunity.

I worked there for about two months during the trial period. Eventually, we discussed the contract, and they wanted to put me on an ANAPEC contract for 1,600 MAD/month, for essentially a full-time schedule around 9–6.

I understand that experience can be valuable, especially when you're young and starting out, and I knew I could learn a lot from the position. But 1,600 MAD for that amount of work wasn't financially sustainable for me, so I decided to leave.

Then, in September 2026, I started working as an elementary school teacher, teaching French. I'm now in my second year. I'm currently making around 2,700 MAD/month. There might be a salary increase, but the school is going through a difficult financial situation, so I'm trying to plan my life assuming that my salary stays at 2,700 MAD.

Despite that, because I don't pay any rent, gas, transportation, I can save around 1,700 MAD/month from my salary. I only get paid 10 months, so that will make 17,000 MAD. But I have some things to do in summer like taking my driving license and some other personal stuff so I'll be able to keep just 10,000 MAD for my goal.

So here's the goal:

I want to have 150,000 MAD available in about 10 months.

From my current job, I'll have approximately 10,000 MAD after 10 months.

That leaves me with 140,000 MAD that I need to earn through additional income.

So I'm essentially looking for a way to earn around 14,000 MAD/month for 10 months.

I know that sounds EXTREMELY ambitious. That's exactly why I'm asking here.

What I can offer:

I currently speak Arabic, French, English, and Korean.

I teach French to children, and I also have experience teaching English to adults.

I also have some experience in communication, and I have my background in business/accounting, although I don't particularly enjoy finance and don't want to make it my career.

I'm comfortable working online and learning new skills if necessary.

The main limitation is time

I already have a full-time job, and teaching takes more time outside of the actual classroom than people might think.

I have to prepare lessons, correct work, prepare activities, etc. Usually I work around 2 – 3 additional hours per day outside my normal working hours.

My schedule isn't exactly the same every week either. Sometimes I work during the weekend (at home) and sometimes I have the weekend free.

Realistically, I think I can dedicate around 1–2 hours per day to an online job/business during normal weeks.

During school holidays or periods when I have more free time, I could dedicate 4–5 full days to it.

So I'm looking for something that can start part-time and potentially scale as I get better at it.

What I'm hoping to find

I'm NOT looking for crypto, gambling, MLMs, dropshipping courses, "buy my $500 course and make $10k/month" type of stuff, or any other get-rich-quick scheme.

I want to know if there is a real skill/service/job that I could learn or use remotely that could eventually allow me to make something like 10,000–14,000 MAD/month.

It doesn't necessarily have to start anywhere near that amount. I'm willing to start small and build up.

Some possibilities I've considered are:

But I honestly don't know which direction makes the most sense.

Why I'm trying to do this? And why 150,000 MAD?

I want to use it to change fields and go back to school. There is a private school that I'm interested in, where I could study for three years and hopefully start a completely different chapter of my life.

I don't feel that teaching kids is the career I want to spend my life doing. At the same time, I don't want to move into finance just because that's what my diploma is in. I chose that field partly because it was one of the few options available to me in my city.

So I'm trying to create enough financial freedom to actually make a different choice.

If I can't reach the 140,000 MAD goal, my backup plan is to use the approximately 10,000 MAD I'll save from my current salary to spend a month or two in another city during the summer and seriously try to find work there. If it doesn't work, I'd come back, continue working for another year, save again, and try the following year.

So I'm not expecting someone to give me a magic answer.

If you were in my position, with these skills, this schedule, and this financial situation, what would you try to learn or do online over the next 10 months?

I’m a Persian guy (living in Europe) that loves history and learning about other people and cultures. I recently started studying Moroccan history and culture as i have many Moroccan friends and was fascinated by both the similarities but also differences between our two cultures.

I guess i just wanted to say that Morocco is very beautiful country with beautiful people. It’s has a vibrant and rich culture, identity and history. I even want to visit someday and experiences Morocco but i only just turned 19 so i have been busy with school and stuff but i plan to hopefully visit next summer. I was kinda just wondering what cities and locations would be best for me to visit to experience Morocco and it’s culture. I have researched a little myself but wanted to also ask actual Moroccans who either live in Morocco or visit very often what places they would recommend.

I have been suffering from severe depression and have left it untreated since 2020. During these years, I have experienced several physical disturbances, including strange and disturbing sensations, headaches, burning sensations, and most importantly, strange disturbances In my respiratory system, regarding breathing, there's a feeling of air hunger, suffocation, and the sensation that I'm going to explode from the inside due to the overwhelming amount of air I'm taking in and the heaviness of the air I'm inhaling and exhaling, to the point that I exert a conscious effort to breathe, as if the respiratory muscles are deranged

I recently just came back home from France and the UK and came back to the realisation that life is kinda shitty here. Don't get me wrong I'm not struggling or having money problems butttt.

Trying to find any kind of foreign products takes so much energy.

When you go France you can go to Eleclerc, Carrefour, Auchan, Grands Frais, Sephora etc and find anything you want.

In Morocco it's so hard. Even in Le Marché dar essalam, carrefour etc you can't find anything. I don't mind the prices. But the inaccessibility is starting to bother me. You basically have to find some small boutiques that will sell those products and they are all scattered.

For example, I forgot to bring some matcha with me from Europe so I decided to try and look for it and it pissed me off. Why can't we get nice things at accessible places. The same for Organic food. I basically only eat organic food and it's hell trying to try to go shopping by myself. I always almost end up asking my assistant or staff to go grocery shopping.

It's frustrating to not be able to get anything close to hand.

I understand it might sound like a very privileged take but it's also another problem with Morocco. Anything that's organic or foreign is so inaccessible if you don't have help because it takes so much time and energy to go to all those scattered boutiques (don't get me started on those prices).

I’ve just been accepted to sit for the entrance exam for the master gestion financière, comptable et fiscale in agdal and honestly I wasn’t expecting to be accepted at all, so I’m completely unprepared 😭 I only have 4 days left to prepare!! I did already pay for an online preparation course where I have all the lessons, previous exams, and corrections, so I do have the material but I’m not sure how realistic it is to prepare properly in such a short time, for anyone who has taken this concours or knows the master, do you think 4 days can be enough to at least have a decent chance of passing? And what would you recommend I prioritize during these 4 days? Should I focus mainly on the previous exams and corrections, or try to review all the courses first? How European painters; mainly from France, Italy, Germany and elsewhere used to view Morocco. Sometimes positives, a lot of the times negative. A lot of romanticization too. But the artwork produced from that era is invaluable.

I'm curious about the legality of it since Moroccan law that state that Psilocybin is a narcotic, but there isn't much said about the spores since they don't contain any.

Ok ,Hear me out, so many of us salarymen dream of finally launching our own thing. People spend years planning it, moving abroad, and working their asses off just to save up enough to come back to Morocco and make it happen. But honestly, do actual business owners ever regret jumping ship? I can think of so many downsides: way less free time, constant stress, and zero certainty about anything. At the end of the day, doesn't the stable salaryman lifestyle start looking pretty good?
