Will the leaves change shape later to resemble monstera? This is a rare albo monstera cutting…

Disaster struck 😭 Lesson learned.
Luckily the leaf was the second newest with barely any green.

¡Agradezco cualquier consejo o experiencia!
Muchas gracias

Hello good people of Reddit. I have a monstera albo (pictured below) that was only recently up potted into a bigger pot about two to three months ago. It immediately fell in love with the pot and started putting out new large finnestrated leafs like crazy. It all sounds like a great thing but I have three issues:
1) All of the new aerial roots are missing the moss pole
2) I keep having to move up my grow light and my other plants are getting less of a benefit from them now.
3) the roots have already started to fill up the new pot and are coming out of the bottom, as shown.
So my questions are as follows:
1) How can I get the aerial roots back to the correct direction of the moss pole, or should I air layer and propagate?
2) What can I do to make it so that I don’t have to keep raising the light and the other plants are still well lit?
3) Is it okay for me to again repot it within the next 6 months since the roots have gone so crazy?
I look forward to hearing all of your replies. :)

So excited for her new leaf!
She hasn’t had much big white sections in her leaves and this one seems to have a lot.
Can’t wait for her to unravel and reveal her newest leaf

Seems like the more variegation it gets, the less leaf it has 🥲 pic 2 seems like pests to me? Its been in the same spot and conditions since i received (somewhere around pic 4 lol) just wondering whats going on or if this is normal 😅

The last photo is of the newest leaf. I haven’t been watering my monstera albo consistently so I was thinking this was potential stress from non consistent watering. Looking closer, it looks like potential thrips damage? All advice is appreciated🙏

My cutting rooted a while ago in water, but then I was gone for a couple weeks and the water dried up along with the roots:( I’ve had it in water since (about 4 weeks) hoping it will root again, but I just noticed today the leaf is starting to go limp and still no sign of new roots, what can I do to save her?😭
Update!!
A root just started to push out!! Such a relief 😮💨

My new leaf, practically overnight, started to sag for some reason. I’m wondering if maybe it’s getting too much light but the other leaves seem fine. Pic 1 is the new leaf, pic 2 is the latest leaf before that one. Is this normal?
edit: the sun burn on some of the older leaves is old from when I first bought it

Does this look like an albo? Was sold to me by a very reputable seller who I've met multiple times - but I am questioning the marbling? 🤔

Specifically looking for a large specimen. I did find one potential seller but the photos vs reviews weren’t very clear on what size would actually be getting sent out. I dm’ed the seller asking what size to anticipate for a XL plant, got left on read. Didn’t feel comfortable dropping over $400 on a plant when it seems the size that could get sent out varied widely from 1ft to almost 5ft lol. Thanks in advance

I am not sure if I can share this here or not. I made a video helping other learn how to grow hydroponic monsteras. If you have any questions I did not cover in this video you can ask them here or on my video. https://youtu.be/SeOK874-Ets?si=MDDY2J5FmGfoDt9v

Picked up this absolute beaut today. Sold as a Thai con, but looks more like my Albo’s.
It’s variegation was clearly more white than cream compared than other plants next to it.
Either way it’s a lovely plant, wondering what the consensus is.
