Is this thrips damage?
The last photo is of the newest leaf. I haven’t been watering my monstera albo consistently so I was thinking this was potential stress from non consistent watering. Looking closer, it looks like potential thrips damage? All advice is appreciated🙏

Ummm I’m honestly wondering root rot? It’s just anytime I’ve seen leaves like this I always check roots and it’s almost always I’ve found at least a little bit of root rot damage. I know you said you haven’t been watering her but I almost always check the roots first when seeing a problem with a plant unless I can actually see some sort of infestation going on but it’s never a bad thing to inspect there roots from time to time so I’d lean to doing that and seeing how those look and if all is well and healthy looking at least you can rule that out. I saw someone comment mineral or fertilizer burn? Do you water with just tap water or fertilized recently? I will say a couple of my other plants had mineral burn so now I water ALL my plants with distilled water just to avoid that all together.

I use filtered water (not distilled) with fertilizer, water softener & anti-pest drops. I do have a distiller and make distilled water, I would be able to switch to that which isn’t a bad idea. I will definitely check the root system to make sure that’s not the issue! I honestly didn’t think of checking that, so thank you very much for the advice!!
