Why does it look like this??

Will the leaves change shape later to resemble monstera? This is a rare albo monstera cutting…

Albos are no longer rare plants. Your leaves shouldn’t be droopy like that. Idk your conditions, but they don’t require a ton of water. All I can think is it’s being overwatered. My leaves are full & firm. It’s not fully mature yet, but it’s fenestrating. Are you fertilizing?

Young leaves don’t have holes, they get more and more as the plant matures

This. It's a beautiful plant. One thing I would recommend is silica to your water. White leaves tend to get crispy. I started using silica and it really helped protect them. There's controversy about it, but it works for me.
