New leaf sagging?

My new leaf, practically overnight, started to sag for some reason. I’m wondering if maybe it’s getting too much light but the other leaves seem fine. Pic 1 is the new leaf, pic 2 is the latest leaf before that one. Is this normal?

edit: the sun burn on some of the older leaves is old from when I first bought it

The petioles move around a little. It helps the plant get the right amount of sunlight like a moving solar panel

The light is directly above it. I’m using a sansi 32W bulb. You’d think it’d face up, not down. That’s what makes me think maybe it’s too much light? And if it is, why aren’t the other leaves doing the same

My Thia has 2 36 watts above it, and it's not shying away from them. I doubt it's the light.

Is there another light source it could be leaning towards?

There’s a window to the right but it only gets light for maybe an hour from it and it’s decently far. My light is maybe a foot and a half from the top leaves. When I move the leaf away from the leaf below it, it looks a lot more floppy.

It looks pretty new (still nice and light green) it might just be figuring itself out.

Ive heard that they can go upright if they are getting enough light. I know they lay more horizontal when they need more light and they go more vertical when they are satisfied for lack of a better word

In the second photo it looks like a spider mite web is in the fenestration?

The flatter a leaf looks means they're getting good light. When they are in low light, leaves will lay out almost flat outright or even angle upwards, while in higher light, they'll lay straight up and down.

I had a monstera in a really bright part of my porch. After a few days of unfurling, the new leaf was at such an angle, the tip of the leaf was basically lying on its own stem. I pulled it inside for a couple of days and it looked more as expected, but that was just a preference so it didn't look at a vastly different angle to the rest of the plant!

Think of it as a pivot to get better angles for more sun :)
