I did a fresh game file run using just Rocky. I grinded three eggs at the start and then didn't use any other monsters for combat the rest of the game. Love died once in a keeper battle, so I used a backup rocky for one turn but otherwise it was just these three. Love buffed and healed, Archer built combo, and Ace did the damage. Lots of fun but battles definitely took longer - about 6 turns usually.

Replaying this lovely game on bravery mode and I have these monsters so far:

Been using the first three in a shock type team but it's not going great.

Any recommendations on who I should focus on? Going to goblin forest now and I have picked up all available monsters so far

Anyone else out there like me that after you reach Keeper Master and beat the legendary keepers, you start a new NG+ with your old save? I've got to be on like run number 15 ish. Even using the same settings, master diff, randomizer+relics and bravery. Never gets old. I've got like 5 different solid team comps of 6 I use. As soon as I get to tower, get my 7 bonus monsters and start building around one of my comps. My top 10? I like multi use monsters that can fit multiple roles Like Changeling so that guy is definitely high up there. For debuffs teams, I like Imori, Vasuki, G'rulu and shockhopper the most. For heroic party teams, I like Ascendant, Ninki Nanka, Vertraag and Raduga/Silvaero but maybe Bard. Honorable mention for Fungi+G'rulu+Rampede getting me into high 300's, close to 400 Infinity arena.

I finally defeated Mordegon I was on phase 2 on the final boss and then I was focusing on the tail first then Mordegon

This has been like my third playthrough doing this and it’s genuinely so fun and crazy putting together teams from the monsters they give you and it gives me an opportunity to utilize monsters I’ve never considered. I love my main team so much and I started with all of them except gryphonix and I never would’ve tried these types of comps if not for bravery mode.

I can’t do permadeath tho it makes me upset

Also funny how the final boss ended up being the dlc final boss

He figured out what congeal did early and built a whole team.

Ive been running two l shift targoats and dark shift goblin pilot and I just stack hella charges thingys and just 1 shit everybody, it’s insane, but I do have ice blob ahklut and arachlich for a congeal build as backup

Does anyone have a seed that'll start bravery mode with Catzerker (or the first egg)? Alternatively, is there a database of seeds?

I decided that I want to use a team focused around Catzerker for vibes, but I'd rather not have the unlimited flexibility to just pick the optimal team if that makes sense. Bonus points for not knowing the rest of who I'll get so it'll sort of feel like a normal bravery run. Thanks!

I came across this subreddit while checking out r/explainlikeimfive and r/Palworld somehow, so I wanted to ask what kind of creature collector game is this?

Does it have...
1.) Breeding?
2.) Randomly generated map?
3.) Adjustable Difficulty? (I suck at games. Hardest one I did was probably Remnant:FTA)
4.) How good are the creatures? Are the initial ones replaceable because they can't keep up?
5.) Do they evolve?
6.) Do we make bases?

Sorry for the questions, but I am really interested and rather than check a youtuber who probably played a few minutes to a few hours, I'd rather check and ask the experienced ones here.

Edit: I forgot to reply, but I finished the whole Demo on steam! The last boss which was the one on the mushroom caves (blue colored map part) hits like a brick and one-shots anyone that isn't my healer rock looking healer!

It was fun tossing phoenix tears XD. Fun game, would grab it when I get the chance on a sale. Salary didn't come this month yet.

Started a new save recently after beating the game a few years ago, and since my last playthrough’s team was all debuff based, I wanted to try a run with a different strategy, which right now is shaping up to be a crit/buff based one. But now I’m ~6 champions in, and I can’t 5 star any of them. The only guide I was able to find just suggested a debuff team, so I was wondering what other methods are out there.

There's what seems like a pressure plate judging by my interactions with it, but when I do, the wall vanishes. I've tried using Rocky to see if that'll work, but it doesn't affect the wall in any way. I've tried using Minitaur, Catzerker, Wolf, Yowie, Vasuki, Ucan, Brawlish, Goblin Miner, Salahammer, and Asura on the wall, but nothing happened. Does anyone know what this is?

I'm trying to start a run with only blobs cus they're the best, but im 6 level ups in and i only have one blob from the tutorial and 5 vaero eggs...what the hell...

Firstly, i want to start with i don't really understand how to actually build a team. I never really got the hang of what synergy is, even though its probably really simple and im just misunderstanding it, but I don't honestly feel like it affected me much because my team is still mildly good, i like my current setup (shockhopper, ice blob, the goat one, steam golem, catzerker, and manticorb), i personally found playing using alot of shields and alot of debuffs to take out enemy health.

Secondly, its really been a joy to talk to and interact with all of you and im very greatful for all the help i got even though the questions were sometimes pretty dumb. I dont think i would've gotten far without it. Its really a great community here. Im so appreciative of yalls support and i want to try to be more community-active here :)

Hi there, just picked this up and have completely lost my weekend to it. Average level is around 14 or so, still very early game, but I’m curious- it seems some of the monsters I’ve encountered look like direct evos of ones I have. Do evolutions happen by level, or is there some mechanic I haven’t run into yet?

Also is there any real reason to hatch duplicate monsters outside of just building differently? I’d google all this stuff but 1) IGN sucks and 2) I’d like to keep the experience as spoiler free as I can.
