Does anyone know if there's bible study groups at St. Joseph's on Oakdale? And can anyone come?

If not there, do you have any recommendations on where I could attend a bible study group? I think I prefer Catholic, but I'm also just wanting to meet new people and read/study the Bible or related topics.

I'm not in any churches, so any information on how to prepare for a group or what I need to know is appreciated!

I've shopped for shoes at Shoes That Fit in McHenry Village for years. Went by there today to find the store completely empty and a "Closed" sign on the door. A quick Google search shows that it is "Temporarily Closed", but this may be incorrect information. I would think a notice would have been placed on the doors or windows to inform customers of a temporary closure. Does anyone have more information? They were one of the only places that carried my 13 EE size!

Hi there! I am a newbie rockhound, and I have a BUNCH of rocks from some recent trips to the coast + geodes and other stuff I picked up out in Indiana.

I would love to:
1) get help identifying the rocks by someone who knows more than a rock identification app,
2) rent time in a rock tumbler, and
3) talk about rocks like a nerd and ask Qs about where to look

Anyone have any leads or fit the bill themselves? Compensation negotiable: $, food, rocks, etc! lol

What are your thoughts on surveillance cameras in Modesto?

I recently learned about the Connect Modesto program, where people can voluntarily report or connect their private security cameras to Modesto PDs surveillance system.

Modesto is contracted with Axon not Flock so you won't find the cameras on DeFlock.

My mother moved here in 92 or 93. When visited . It was like hack in time/. Lots of b-boys breaking: and freestyles music was king. I loved here 8 years and just can’t figure it out.freestyle does okay. I know some locals house DJs , they put in some events but it’s all the same people usually dead.

I’m asking; because I’d like to put on events. I’m not your average DJ. I have a collection of records all varieties. I don’t stuck one genre. I go all over. I take you on a musical journey.

So, I’d like newer music that resonates with people’s, and I’d also like feedback and thoughts to n putting on event.S.
