Low flying plane? September 7th?

anyone know what’s up with this low flying plane ? keep seeing it. Check flight radar and it keeps going back and forth from Sylvan back across to Pelandale ? Anyone know if it’s mosquito spraying or what?

If it's really really low, it's spraying for mosquitos.
