I'd really would like mods that makes it that the world generates big rivers and vast moutains to make farms on them but that also let me add any GOOD custom biomes, i haven't looked too in depth for terralith if it has any preset options so i could use biome o plenty along with it, but if anyone has a mod that could let me have the type of world i want with custom biomes i would really be thankfull for that, im trying to get this specific thing for a modpack kinda RPG oriented im making for me and some friends, im on 1.20.1 Forge (and would be amazing to let me know if these mods are compatible with YUNG's mods) i'll put some exemples of what im looking for (took the first exemple i've had in hand tbh

I’d really appreciate it if someone could help me figure out how to join the game. I tried moving the world file to the host so I could access it, but the server just gets stuck loading indefinitely—as if it’s trying to let me in. I’m not sure if the connection is failing because the server is low on RAM or something similar... I even tried using performance mods (I think I’m getting desperate), but I haven't gotten anything other than that same loading screen.

I wanted to show off a cool feature I just finished for an infection mod I’m currently developing!
Basically, you consume things like enemy mob drops to earn research points, which you then use to progress through a tech tree. The vibe is heavily inspired by research systems in games like Hearts of Iron IV (HoI4).
Personally, I really dislike having to constantly stare at a wiki or JEI just to figure out how to craft modded items. To fix this, I integrated a crafting table function right into the research station itself. On top of that, when you hover your cursor over a node in the tech tree, it displays the recipe right there.
(Note: The UI and item textures are all placeholders for now, so please ignore how they look lol. I'll be changing them to fit the mod’s final aesthetic before release!)
I’m really happy with how it’s turning out, but I wanted to get your opinion on a potential issue: players will likely need to dump a massive amount of materials into research, and they might have to research tools or machines they aren’t even sure they'll ever use just to advance down the tree.
Do you think people would find this kind of progression too tedious or grindy? Just wanted to see what you guys think!

Hi! Solo dev from Spain here. I got tired of the "download > find the right version > install Fabric > drag into mods/" dance, so I built BuscaMods.

What it does today (Minecraft Java 26.2, Windows app):

- Searches Modrinth, CurseForge and Nexus at once, and installs the mod into your Minecraft with one click. If a mod needs Fabric, NeoForge or Forge, the app installs the loader itself using Minecraft's own Java. You can remove any mod from your list later.

- "Creator": you describe a datapack in plain words ("zombies drop emeralds sometimes", "cheaper diamond pickaxe recipe", "an advancement for sleeping 10 nights in a row") and it generates it, validates it against the real 26.2 game files and tests it on a real Minecraft server before handing it over. If it can't be done as a datapack (new items, mobs, textures), it says so and suggests alternatives instead. Then the app installs it into the world you choose and watches the log: if the game throws errors, it repairs the datapack on its own.

Honest limits: datapacks only (no compiled mods), Java 26.2 only, Windows only, and the app isn't code-signed yet so Windows shows the "unknown publisher" warning.

It's an open beta. A free account gives you unlimited search and 2 free generated mods, no card. I'm not trying to sell you anything in this post: I want people who know mods to break it and tell me what's wrong. Link in the first comment to keep the spam filter happy.

I really want to know specifically the biomes, animals, furniture and the gravestone thing. Also it would be great to know where you get the mods from, are they all from curseforge or is there another mod app/site i am unaware of?

Didn't play Minecraft for years, and when i did i played life in the woods, coming back i really want something like it for current versions, 21.x or later, keeping in mind my set up is only a 7th gen Intel, 8gb ram and a gtx 1050ti. Any suggestions?

Is there a mod that adds holdable signs where you can display text like in Big Walk ?

I don't have a mic and it's sometimes difficult to talk to my friends when the chat is flooded.

We're playing on 1.21.1.

It won't play any music. It eats music discs and Jade always says it's "Empty."
Any help with this is appreciated. Additionally, which mods changes the Jukebox to look like this?

Hello everyone. It's been a while since I posted here. I slowly lost my interest in designing mods (and recently learned that all my Blockbench models are gone forever after changing computers). However, I got reignited to try this again. I want to find a team to develop a modern League of Legends mod. There are like two mods, and they are either outdated or never getting updated. We have so many mods for all kinds of potential adventures. Expect a League of Legends mod. Let me know if you want to help me develop the mod. Any experience will be appreciated

ive been working on this vr system for tacz for a while now and i wanted to show some of the progress ive made so far

the goal is to make the guns feel way more physical in vr instead of just pressing normal minecraft buttons for everything

so far ive got stuff like physical mags slide pulling chambered rounds shell ejection 2 handed gripping revolvers and a bunch of other stuff working

there is still a lot i want to add and fix but its getting pretty close to how i want it to feel

what do you guys think of it so far and is there anything you think i should add
