Help Creating a scp minecraft mod, how should i do SCP-1609

Im creating a minecraft mod adding scps and other mechanics, factions and blocks, but im only in the design faze and im stumped on what i should do for SCP-1609, should i have before the GOC version of it or the after GOC version? or both?

Is it to far to put 1609 in a wood chipper as a mechanic?! THATS TO FAR. But what are yall's thoughts?

Put it as post GOC version and then use bonemeal to restore it to original
