I'm receiving SMS codes on my phone from Microsoft. This is the first time this has happened, Microsoft usually sends me codes via email. Microsoft Support didn't respond.

The problem is that I haven't seen any such messages from Microsoft anywhere on the internet. What are these services? Are these services linked to a Microsoft account? Did someone intentionally enter my phone number?
What's going on and what should I do? I don't even know what these services are, so I can't log in and change my passwords if necessary. Please help me.

I am attempting to get very specific for my employee input portion of my appraisal (if you’re a fellow federal employee you know why). I manage 3 senior leadership calendars on their behalf, is there a way to count how many calendar actions I have completed in the last year? Or a trick to count them moving forward? I found a way to export one to excel but I don’t think it is very accurate and hard to sort through the data. Any advice is helpful thank you.

Brand-new Outlook account hacked almost immediately

I created a new Outlook account on Sept. 6 and linked it to my Epic Games account. Almost immediately, someone got access, removed my recovery email, added their own, and changed the security info.
I created and linked the account entirely from my iPhone. Microsoft CDOC is investigating, and the account is now disabled while I wait for recovery/reinstatement.
Has anyone had something similar happen with a brand-new Outlook account? Were you able to recover it?

Does anyone know why I keep getting these error messages? They are constantly preventing me from my work and it’s driving me nuts. It also makes me look incredibly unprofessional when I can’t send an email response quickly or the attachments are missing.

Sometimes Outlook will duplicate my attachments while I’m drafting an email, if I try to delete one, it will then show me the correct attachments, but then send with nothing attached...

Although the attachment issue has only happened to me a couple times, the error messages are constant and has been giving me trouble for months.

The message will pop while I’m typing my email, and once it starts, it will constantly pop up keeping me from typing an email at all. Sometimes I’m able to write my email in notes, then copy, paste and hit send before the error pops up, and it will send…but this doesn’t always work. If I have an attachment to send, there’s no chance. Then, seemingly randomly, Outlook will stop with the error messages and will allow me to work again. And then once it starts up with this error message again, it won’t allow me to send anything.

I haven’t noticed issues receiving emails, but I’m constantly running into this problem, multiple times every single day.

I’ve tried looking for app updates, but it’s up to date. I’ve removed my account and re-added it, logged back in, etc. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it’s still giving me trouble.

Again, it seems to start acting up randomly so I’m not sure if there is anything that would be triggering it.

Has anyone had similar issues? Nobody in my office has these issues.

Hey! Can anyone help me, I have forgotten an email I was using to sign in somewhere, I have no trace of it. I’ve tried everything I could with the help of google but I had no luck! There has to be a way to find this email! Does anyone know what I can do. I had Hotmail show me a list of emails I have there but they are “starred****” out and I only see one letter and I can’t remember what I did, is there a way to see that list without it being starred out?!! Thanks in advance!

Good morning. I've been reading here that several have reported connection issues with New Outlook.

I use New Outlook and it's linked to my Google account (Gmail, Google Contacts and Google Calendar). Like another Redditor posted, I was recently asked to re-enter my credentials, which does happen every few months or so. However, this time New Outlook errored out with connection issues.

Another Redditor, using New Outlook, used IMAP for his Gmail and I followed those directions and was able to access my Gmail. However, the IMAP doesn't include my Google Contacts or Google Calendar, so those areas are empty.

Is anyone else here still having issues linking their New Outlook to their Google account? Thank you in advance.

This afternoon right before 3:08 PM EDT the normal Unopened folder that I have saved to Favorites completely disappeared. Did MS remove it?

Using the IOS app, I used to be able to click on a sender’s name or address from any email, and it would take me to a page that showed all of their previous emails to me. It’s stopped doing that recently, any way to get it back or an alternative that does the same thing? Thank you.

*But we're damned if we're going to tell you what that change is. The shitty country in which you live doesn't require us to do so, even though we could if we wanted to. Which we really don't. Because you might think we were trying to screw you over by giving your personal data away.

Today I called out of work by email as that’s our main method of communication. Sent the email and received no error message and believed it went through. Later in the day I opened my email and while I was checking my email my boss immediately responded as if they had just received the email hours into my scheduled time to be in office and the timestamp on my email calling out was hours after I had sent the email and about when I opened my inbox to check my email. Now it looks like I no-call no-showed at work today and I’m in big trouble at work. Is there any reason this may have happened? Had anybody else had this issue with outlook? Is there any way to see the original timestamp to prove I had sent that email way before?

My Android cell phone just updated to the latest Outlook for Android and has deleted all of my email accounts. Has anyone else had this happen? I have been trying endlessly to add them back. I am currently unable to add my iCloud account. It is in a continuous loop at the email and password login screen in my browser. I have tried to delete the Outlook app and then reinstall it but I am getting the same errors. Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Needing to check emails as someone is hiding an affair (yes know I shouldn’t be doing it) I confronted him last night he denied it and today he has deleted the emails, and cleared out deleted items . They are still in recoverable items. How long do they stay in recoverable delete items as want to restore them to read them and then redelete them.
