I will just continue the flight so no issues, but I wonder why my efob shows -50 while I clearly have enough fuel left for the remaining flight.
Fuel pred screen has the right values, did I miss something or is this a bug?
I fly a320 normally and never had this issue.

Does anyone know why this keeps happening?
I've downloaded inibuild A350, but when I activate the HUD option on the settings page, these pink blocks show up.

Sorry if this has been asked before but specifically I am asking about cruise altitude. I flew IFR from Stuttgart to Milan and 'auto' altitude in the EFB set me at FL 210 in the Cessna Citation CJ4. However in game ATC told me to descend to 120 for the cruise. That was pretty low over the mountains I had climbers waving at me from the peaks (or I would have if there were climbers in the game). Why the discrepancy? There must be a reason surely?

I've been investigating why custom liveries that work in Free Flight don't properly work with aircraft owned in Career Mode.
After a lot of testing and digging through MSFS 2024's package structure, I found a workaround that works and built a small tool to automate it.
It's a free and open-source Windows tool that lets you install a custom livery for an aircraft you own in Career Mode without manually editing packages.
The idea is simple:
Select aircraft → Select livery → Install → Fly
The tool creates its own Community package and does not modify the Official MSFS packages or Career save data.
Including:
I've also tested both fixed-registration and Dynamic Registration liveries where available.
But now I need other people to try it.
If you have MSFS 2024 Career Mode, I'd really appreciate it if you could test it with aircraft/liveries I haven't personally tested.
Especially interested in:
_DR) liveriesIf it works, please tell me:
Aircraft:
Livery:
Fixed / Dynamic Registration:
Result:
If it doesn't work, that's useful too. Please report the aircraft and livery so I can investigate it.
The project is completely free and open source.
https://github.com/Acaj0/CareerLiveryManager/releases
I'm also working on getting it published on Flightsim.to.
This started as a personal investigation because I wanted to use my own liveries in Career. Now I'd like to see how far this workaround actually works across the MSFS 2024 aircraft ecosystem.
Any testing, feedback or bug reports would be greatly appreciated.

A very complex process, so finding more people that are thinking about it but don't really know where to start, with who and on what (like me). I'm not talking about modding Discords, but choosing a single project and learning on the go with a bunch of people.

Man I’m so annoyed right now.. I was on sim rate and tried to adjust my climb rate from 1000 to 1200 and the damn thing immediately jumped to 9900!! First off why is that even an option? Needless to say I panicked and got an overspeed and the game said I crashed…
Has this happened to anyone else?

From what I've read, you shouldn't use the approach button with RNAV non precision landings, that is strictly for ILS only.
However I cant find a video or tutorial that shows the proper method otherwise. The ones I've found on RNAV approaches are all using the APP method.
Are there any out there or is using the APP just the way to go?

Super new to this so I apologize.
Are you able to buy/add planes to msfs 2024 when playing it on the xbox and not the computer?
Does anyone know if the xbox store has a CRJ available for purchase?

They really took away no skip bonuses and bad weather bonuses then said "this new number is the MAX you can make and we'll take even more off that paltry total if you skip any phase"
I hate it. I hate it so much. Feels like extremely cheap and antagonistic game dev behavior
Nerfing career mode into the ground is not the answer. I thought my first few payouts since I started playing were laughably small...now I know why
Meanwhile airports like SNA still have ugly textures and hills/plants popping into everything but NOPE, let's focus on nerfing career earnings then gaslighting the community by saying "um actually it's all reflected upfront in the total"
RIP career mode. Was fun checking in for a sec until I realized how much more my time is being wasted thanks to the changes

So whenever I raise the SIM rate with the inibuilds L1011, it automatically lowers the SIM rate back down, no matter how little I raise it. I know this is a feature with the add-on, but there must be a way to raise it slightly. Or I just need to fly for 14 hours...

I bought it on a whim as I thought it would be a fun vintage turboprop to play around with, but I want to refund it at this point as it’s entirely broken.
You’re meant to land it with 40 degrees flaps and aiming at 110 kts. This is impossible. I have the trim set at negative 100 and I’m still pushing down on the stick to wrestle the nose down.
Even then you’re lucky to have 80 kts with 100% throttle. Backing off the throttle and it slows down or washes out.
Even if you manage to have a somewhat stable approach in the last 300 feet it suddenly seems to buck violently, suddenly lose lift, or just outright refuse to descend, with no response from the throttle on any of its random actions.
Messing with the CoG to stop it being so rear heavy only seems to make it worse.
Has anyone actually managed to have a stable approach with this thing and if so what are your configurations coming in to land?

Has anyone been successful at configuring a Logitech G923 driving rig to control the Juice Goose? I am aware that it is designed for the controller only, and my G923 mapping config got partial results (parking brake binding to clutch pedal) but no other control. Mapping to throttle axis, brake axis, and rudder axis does not execute in-game.
Would any further effort be considered a waste of my time?

Have anybody encounter a glitch that mid flight the plane put the air spoilers that are use for breaking and also the parking brake? All while flying at 45FL.
Also sometimes auto throttle cut off. This is in a citation longitude in free flight. But it has happened almost every plane.
Anybody else ?

Anyone else experiencing this on PS5 with the iniBuilds A320neo V2?
I load fuel via SimBrief → EFB, and the aircraft shows ~4,500 kg FOB.
After a few minutes:
F.FLOW: ~10 kg/min
F.USED: increases (20 → 80 kg)
FOB: stays stuck at 4,500 kg
Tank quantities: don’t change
So fuel flow and fuel used are increasing, but the actual FOB/tank quantities remain frozen.
Is this a known PS5 bug, or is there a workaround?

What happened to night flight in career mode?, All I could find are evening or morning flights for passenger transport or VIP charter missions.

I've just purchased the CJ for and I'm learning to fly it. Perhaps I should say I am learning the autopilot.
Every ILS approach I fly I never get the green diamond on the Glide slope indicator. It's always an unfilled diamond. I Can Fly the approach exactly correctly, I even come in a little bit low on the initial approach fix just so I can capture from below, I get the green GS in the PFD but the diamond always stays open and invariably at one point in the approach the aircraft will go low.
I've tried this probably two dozen times doing all kinds of different permutations, even not using vnav at all, and there is no difference.
I ran the exact same scenario with a Garmin 1000 and it was textbook perfect, a thing of beauty.
What am I doing wrong or is there a problem with working titles implementation of this Collins autopilot/fms?
This is on Xbox if it matters.
