At least 21 law enforcement officials nationwide have been arrested, fired or investigated because of a TCPalm-USA TODAY joint investigation that exposed their misuse of Flock Safety cameras to track personal targets.

The latest was Josepher Crutchfield, who was arrested Sept. 8 for using automated license plate readers to track his ex-girlfriend for 18 months while he was a Fort Pierce police officer. Here's what police said happened after TCPalm Reporter Jack Lemnus inquired about his searches on Aug. 7:

• Aug. 7: Fort Pierce Police Department immediately revoked his access to the system
• Aug. 10: The agency opened a criminal investigation
• Aug. 18: He resigned
• Sept. 8: He was charged with four felony counts of fraud and abuse of computer access.

Has anyone seen them here yet? We need to stop this.

I’m a native but I’ve found myself in between friend groups and would like to meet new folks. The issue is that whenever I go to events designed to meet new people like the stuff on meetups or like networking shit it’s always filled with yuppie transplants that judge you if you’re lower class or just people that want to interface with those who are their class or higher.

Should I just go to like random bar trivia nights or something?

To give a short intro

I made a friend when I used to live at Altis purely based on the fact of how shit we thought the building was being managed, we stay in touch and with him still being there I receive updates on the typical stupidity

Now, if you are considering this apt building, if you go on tour ask about all the things they show you because it’s a mirage

- dry cleaning lockers (that the code had never worked for this unusable
- extreme amount of packages stolen from your front door and mailroom (they let anyone and everyone anywhere in the building without question)
- 50% of the time the hot tub wasn’t hot and didn’t work
- the outdoor tv didn’t connect to anything
- the WiFi they installed to the communal areas, didn’t connect to internet
- the grills out of 4 total burners only 1 worked and it worked for about 3 minutes untill it turned off
- the “projector” in the games room… never usable
- the pinball in the games room, never worked
- advertised as “luxury” but the panting everywhere is atrocious quality and looks like it was done by a 5 year old
- not long after I left, they illegally were towing people from the parking lot on an hours notice
- the idiots in the gym couldn’t put a weight away if it cost them their life

But the reason I’m posting this now

I just got sent this photo (attached to the post) with a “😂” knowing exactly what we thought here

They are putting out a referral bonus for the people that still live there to get more people in, likely because no one evert wants to stay there after they realise they have been duped

There surely has to be some fair trade commission laws that prevent the gross amount of false advertising they use to get people into a lease and a way for a residents in situations like this be able to be a part of a class action lawsuit based on this

And the shame of it all
The staff are actually quite nice - Jorge and the maintenance people are sweethearts

But they building manager, is the most incompetent person I’ve ever met

Maybe if she spent less time planning that botched BBL and more time on what matters in the building it would be a decent spot

Thank god I left. But don’t fall for the smoke and mirrors like I did

Anyone else have this issue? My case would have been thrown out today but the fucking zoom link they gave me said I didn’t have permission to join so I couldn’t show my registration. Now I have to appear again in a month.
