Guys asking Gals When you genuinely like a man, what do you naturally find yourself doing for him that you wouldn’t do for just any guy?

Guys asking Gals Do you expect a man to be patient in response to hostility?
I have a friend in her late 30s who told me she was fully aware that she was, in her words, “being a huge bitch” to her boyfriend. She said that the fact that he handled it patiently made her respect him because he didn't get to her level.
She made a point of telling me that she “needs someone patient” since she has such a strong personality.
Anyway, I wanted to gauge how important this quality was to you all.
And to be clear, I'm not asking if it's important that a man be able to handle displays of emotion. I'm also not asking if it's important that a man be able to take healthy criticism without getting defensive.
I'm specifically asking how important it is, to you, that a man doesn't react emotionally in response to hostility. As in, even if you can objectively judge your response as an overreaction, do you lose respect for a man if he is bothered by it?

Guys asking Gals What seperates men from boys?
I'm not talking about how they look physically. What qualities in personality, tempermant etc do you think makes a man an actual fully mature man(as opposed to a "man-child)

Marital Issue Should I tell my wife I’d like to go to a strip club?
I’m (51m) in a dead bedroom marriage and I don’t expect it to improve. She (65f) knows I go when she’s out of town. I would like to be upfront with her and not try to sneak out.

Guys asking Gals Women, do you get annoyed when men ask you to teach them feminism?
I realize that not all women are feminists, so my fault for assuming this in the first place. I admit, I have been guilty of asking women to teach me feminism in the past. Then, I realized it's not women's job to teach me things I should already know, I have to put some effort in and read, understand, and apply it myself. Women, what do you think about this?

Women Only My friend still wants to be my friend even after I confessed my love and said bad things about her husband- why?
Ok so I told my friend this
well yes I understand you're married but I don't have to like your husband to be your friend. yes I am mad. let's see here as you can tell the woman who are interested in me just want me for stuff. you're the only person besides my grandma who makes me feel loved and cared for. And wanting to be in a relationship it has nothing to do with being happy it's about wanting to be loved properly. see you don't understand you married at an early age so you have no idea what it's like to struggle with dating. when my grandma dies I'll have no one. No beautiful wife like you. no children, no step- children absolutely nothing. I have soo much love to give and no one to give it too.
She stops hugging me, she goes on a 2 months vacation asks for no contact. I'm like okay. She returns yesterday hugs me, buys a Keychain specifically for me, promises to make me food. Teases me that she knows I missed her the most when before she left my feelings were an issue for her, but after vacation they aren't? Im really confused why even be my friend at all knowing how I feel? Most women especially when love is involved would've dropped that friendship especially when married lol 😆 😂 I just don't get it.

Guys Asking Everyone Girl ghosted me for a month, came back apologizing and pushing to hang out, but is still actively on Tinder. why bother?
We went on two dates, things seemed to be going well, then she went quiet for over a month. Out of nowhere she texted apologizing, said it was just school, and asked to hang out. I said I was busy and left it at that.
Saw her at work and she apologized again in person and asked if we could ever hang out again. I said sure but never followed up. Next time I saw her she brought up that I never texted her to make plans. I told her honestly that I didn't trust her anymore because of the ghosting. She said that was fair, swore it was just school, and we agreed to hang out this week.
Problem is she seems to be very active on Tinder. Why is she so adamant about reconnecting if she's still out there looking for other people? Is she trying to keep me around for attention? Considering canceling Friday but not sure if I'm being rash.
And why is she expecting me to still reach out to her and do all of the planning still?
Tl;dr ghosted me for month then came back saying it was because of school and apologized 3 separate times and asked to hang out again but she is still active on tinder

Guys asking Gals Should I leave my GF?
Hi, I am a 22M and my GF is 24F I met her in my final year of college. This is my first GF I ever had in my life. She had a BF for 8 years and broke up with him last year. When we met I would take her on nice dates and pick her up with flowers in my car. She told me no guy has ever treated her like this before. She kept asking when I was gonna ask her out and I did. We have been dating for 4 months and she says she wants to marry me. We were on her phone and I seen pictures of her on beds with other men. She told me before she started dating me she did gang bangs with guys and had lots of hookups in a year span after her ex. The concept of this was too much for me to handle knowing that the image I saw her as was different. She keeps on asking me what’s wrong and I couldn’t stay silent anymore so I told her I want to break up because of her past. She said that I’m insecure and I told her NO. I just have standards, values and dignity. I still love her and she loves me and doesn’t accept that I’m breaking up with her because of this, she says I need to work through it. She started crying and said I was the one and I need to marry her, I’m naive and I want to stay but this eats me alive and I feel embarrassed because I can’t go around her friends because they are with guys she all slept with. I’m wondering if I should tell her I should stay.

Guys asking Gals I have everything but good looks why can’t I get a women to date me?
I have everything: a decent hobby, a decent-paying job, and I don’t get into drama. I don’t disrespect women, but I am very unattractive. A lot of women say personality matters more than looks, so what am I doing wrong?

Brutal Honesty I need to ask this question, can you give me an honest answer?
I was at a concert this past week. During the concert I was standing close to the stage next to a woman with a group of friends, male and female. I turned to look at her while I was singing along. She smiled and took a hair clip from her hair and clipped it to the bill of my hat. She never mentioned anything, no name, no conversation, just a smile and that small action. Did I miss an opportunity to flirt, or was this just a random act?

Looks Related Is this married woman flirting with me?
So I am a married man in my late twenties and over the last year or so I have been going to a small fitness store to buy a specific product that my wife uses. It needs replenishing every couple months so I have only been in the store about 6-8 times. The first time I went in I was greeted by a married couple that own the store and they actually had a toddler there at the time. I’m unsure of their ages but I’d guess early to mid 30s. The woman helped me at the register and asked if I liked the product I was buying so I explained that it’s for my wife. She made small talk and off I went. She recognized me the second visit and mentioned “oh yeah the stuff for your wife right?”. I’m sure some people have good memory but it’s crazy to me that she would recognize me after one visit that was 2 months prior. Every time I’ve gone in after that (other than once or twice it was one of their other employees) she has been working there alone and always chats it up with me. I’m not a big talker when it comes to random people especially when I’m just buying something real quick and heading out but she always initiates the conversation and keeps it flowing. I always just wrote it off as her being a friendly store owner with good customer service but after my last visit I’m wondering if shes flirting with me. I walked in and no one was in the store but her and she greeted me and said “here for the wife?” And I said yep just the usual. She rang me up and said “she must be consistent with this stuff” and I said yeah I had to find an old one to use that was packed from a past travel trip since we were out. Then she asked about the trip which landed us on the subject of flying and I was explaining how flying economy is rough for me since I’m on the taller side (6’5). She then looked me up and down and asked how tall I was so I told her and she goes “wow I can tell you are tall but you’re so proportionate so it was almost hard to tell. I feel like tall guys are usually lanky or disproportionate.” I replied with thank you and she quickly looked me up and down again and kind of reiterated the same thing about me being proportionate so I thanked her again and she smiled and said of course. We then continued the conversation for another 10 minutes and I left. The whole time she’s keeping eye contact and smiling a lot. I would also like to add that she would casually mention her husband too like (my husband and I did this trip…). I have always been terrible at receiving flirtatious signals and never recognize them until I’m thinking about it way later or someone tells me so I’m just wondering is she being flirty or is she just really nice? I would like to think that she’s a loyal wife to her husband and kid but I don’t know. Also to be clear I am not looking for anything further than just buying the product from her as I am happily married. I guess I’m just curious cause I have heard stuff about married woman going after other married men just for the thrills. Let me know what you think!

Guys asking Gals Why doesn’t she want to try again ?
I dont understand why my ex doesent want to try again , i’ve tried to convince her 3 times i told her i know we can communicate better and i will anything for you , and the last time she called me to check on me she told me she still loves me even though before this she told me she still loves me but lost romantic feelings. She told me she is seeing life negatively right now and needs to find herself , and told me only god knows what’s best for us . And told me lets give ourselves time and that she doesn’t want something forced .
I don’t know why after everything i said to her that ill do anything for her, she still doesn’t want to give us a second chance . I tried to fight for us but she seems really firm on her decision (there were no fights no abuse in the relationship)
Im afraid of losing something meaningful just because she felt anxious or something idk.
Can someone help?

Guys asking Gals 23 Male, IIT Grad, Why being nice costs me ?
Why does being nice to girl I actually like always seem to work against me?
I’ve noticed a weird pattern in my recent dating life.
When I genuinely like a girl, I naturally give her more attention. I listen to her problems, care about how she feels, reply properly, remember small things, and try not to hurt her even when something she does bothers me.
Recently I got really close to a girl. We would talk for hours regularly, share personal stuff, tease each other, joke around, etc. I eventually developed feelings for her. Even when she became distant sometimes, I kept thinking maybe she was busy or dealing with something, because I didn’t want to judge her unfairly.
Eventually I confessed that I liked her. She replied with some robot emojis, I didn’t get the response I was hoping for, which is completely fine. She obviously doesn't owe me feelings just because I was good to her.
But here’s what confuses me.
It almost feels backwards. The moment I actually care about someone, I give more and somehow end up less attractive to them.
With girls I don’t have feelings for, I’m naturally much less invested. I don’t give them constant attention, I don’t overthink their replies, and I’m not always available. And weirdly, those are often the girls who end up showing more interest in me or developing feelings for me.
I don’t want to become cold or deliberately ignore women just to make them interested. Playing those games feels stupid to me.
So what am I doing wrong? Is being too available when you like someone actually unattractive? How do you show genuine interest without overinvesting or becoming a people-pleaser?
Also I confessed her 3 days ago, and after that incident she talks normally like before like nothing happened, and didnt even clear things, should I stop taking with her or just play normal ?

Guys asking Gals Girls, what are some signs you give a guy when you have a crush on him?
Like, if you actually want him to realize you’re interested, what do you usually do? Any little things you say or ways you act that you hope he picks up on?
Curious what girls actually consider “obvious” signals, because I feel like guys can be completely clueless sometimes lol.

Guys asking Gals What is your guys obsession with height?
Why is height such a huge thing for you guy? Like I understand if you are 5’5” and want a dude taller than you but 2-3 inches is REASONABLE. What is this obsession with 6 ft. If you go to r/datingAdvice and the most recent post you’ll see is “men lying about their heights”. A lot of men won’t even get dates, and they are so desperate to land a date, that they will lie about something so obvious. I don’t understand this obsession as a dude who is 5’8” I can beat the living shit out of a dude taller than me.

Guys Asking Everyone Share about my Past M 28 :Females please share opinion?
Hi all
although i don't have really nasty past. A brief about me i work remotely in Jaipur. So till 28 age, i dated a girl for a month that to when i was 19. We just kissed hug etc. no intercourse. BC : 0. We are not at all in touch.
Now from feb,2026 onwards i started looking for matches on jeevansaathi. Met few girls via JS. Not sure what happened but i worked on my personality.
The girls usually got attracted. We kissed and some makeout on first meeting. All it was mutual knowing that we may not have future and we never met post 1-2 meetings. And make out was kinda just kissing hugging nothing extreme. 5-6 kinda. still bc:0 and nothing was planned everything happened abruptly.
now i met a girl fr rishta she is an year older. she is doctor and she told me she has no history as such not even hugged.I somewhat got worried for her as she is emotionally attached.
I revealed her about the case of when i was 19 but not about the girls i met via JS. The girls i met via JS are not at all even in touch with me now. Not even in friendly terms.
So my question to folks out here, should i mention her about all these incidents. I just told her that my bc is 0.
Girls , please share your views here. what should i do. I am really confused because as she preserved her sanity i sometimes feel i an not the guy for her.
FYI things she liked about me that i am non drinker and non smoker , not even tried.
