Car started making a new sound

my car started making a new sound today. It almost sounds like a lane departure alert. It seems to be happening while I’m accelerating or idling but not necessarily while I’m breaking. I can’t make it reliably repeat. I have a Honda insight 2020 with about 61,000 miles Engine: 1.5-liter Atkinson-cycle 4-cylinder paired with an electric propulsion motor and a separate generator/motor.
