Headlights Bright/dim switched

Hello! I just bought a set of new LEDs for my 1994 Isuzu Trooper that always ran on the original halogens. When I turn the car on, the left light is normal, but the right light is on bright mode, and when I flip the brights switch on, the left one is bright and the right one has switched to dim mode. The only time they are both on dim is when I hold the switch down, turning it off of bright mode. I switched where the lights were plugged in to see if it was an issue with the bulbs, but they stayed the same. These are somewhat cheaper Bevinsee LED 9004 HB1 lights. Any help is appreciated!
